The hospital is well managed with quality staff. All the tests and checkups were well coordinated. We were very happy with the hospitality, caring staff. Dr. BIPIN CHANDRA is also amazing and also a kind heart .

The hospital management and staff is excellent .They are too much cooperative and supportive and helpful. Reception people are soft spoken and very helpful. Being a attender of a patient I am very grateful to get such a nice facilities and co-operation in this hospital.

There is long delay in any process. Staff behaves as if this is government hospital. To owners and investors, try keeping your staff under control. You may be duopoly in terms of Cardiac care but soon there will be many hospitals and doctors, today you are backing on can shift to different hospital if given good pay and there are always new comers with good skills. So don't keep that arrogance. It's just matter of 4-5 years. Also staff doesn't follow basic care procedures. Understood that population here is less educated but not all are same. If you only want to exploit lower class in name of business, keep this attitude, but upper class deserves better. If they are choosing your hospital then serve them better.

To improve general ward facility like cooler. Its most necessary need please do needful action

Very dirty bed unprofessional nurse and staff better I go government hospital very very bed service emergency room very dirty and smelly bed and there cockroaches I never go again this hospital and I recommend don't go other people

The hospital staf not copreting / With pesent and they don't giving good response toward people the treat like rude and they also doesn't help people and most off reception people are very rude
