Dr. MY Hospital

Dear all, we want to give the genuine feedback for my hospital, first of all we are giving this review because the patient welfare department at my hospital is exceptional and supportively dedicated to patients well fare and care, they always ensure that patients receive the best possible care, nursing staff is caring and responsive , consultants are also supportive, overall our experience here is excellent, we are thankful to PED for all their support.

The system of My Hospital is very good. 2-3 beds with one washroom for general ward. Television is available, ventilated and cleaned rooms. All Staff is very good and cooperative.... Nursing staff, helpers, cleaners, food servers all are very good. I appreciate tea in a kettle with cup plus chapatis in a butter paper not in silver foil. I refer MY HOSPITAL to everyone. I am very thankful to PED team and also physiotherapy.

One year ago, this hospital was really good when we got my brother treated here. But now, the experience was totally opposite. We admitted my mom, and they kept her in ICU for observation all night, but she was vomiting and feeling very uncomfortable. Still, no one informed the family. Instead, they told my mom, 'Aapka beta phone nahi utha raha,' which was completely false! Basic cheezein tak available nahi hain--no suction pump, no bandages! I was shocked to see this. Ek aunty hoti hai help ke liye, but she is always in her own zone, not helping properly. Even patients ko proper hospital clothes tak nahi milte. Sweepers and nurses ka attitude itna arrogant hai, and cleaning staff bhi rude tarikay se baat karta hai. In just one year, how did this hospital decline so badly? Totally disappointed. Don't go, guys, not recommended at all!" From 5 star to 1 star. What a incredible journey guys. Wow

My Hospital is a very good hospital. We came from Jammu. We get family atmosphere in my hospital. We are very happy with staff and cleaning. We refer to others and come again for my mother"s surgery . We thanks to Raman mam who helped and take care of us.

I took m grandfather for treatment to this hospital under dr HEENA .Throughout the treatment,the hospital environment and the entire team's behaviour were truly commendable. One staff member RANC,who had a boy cut, stood out to me.she spoke very politely or wormly with every patient. Dr HEENA and staff like RANC make this hospital experience truly special.

My hospital bahut achha hai. Staff achha hai, baat suntae hein care karte hein. Good food. Kulvinder is very helpful. PED department always helps us. Dr Hussain, Dr. Deepak Singla and all four staff members are mind blowing.

My hospital is a good hospital in Mohali. The doctors here take very good care of their patients. Both my mother and father are admitted so they take very good care of them. The nurse staff also takes good care of their patients. The rooms are also good. And Raman Mam and Narendra Sir both are very nice, very caring and helpful, their behavior is very good, my mother and father's treatment was also very good. We are satisfied with this. We felt very good in this hospital, so thanks my hospital.

First of all its name is changed from Mayo to My Hospital and comes under the chain of Indus hospitals. They are taking emergency cases but renovation is going on side by side. For eyes test they will take you to Indus hospital as all machineries are not installed here as it will take time because management is changed. Built in a good area but too expensive.
