Have my grandmother admitted at the hospital. Doctors are always in a hurry and hardly available. Tests are done without any sense of urgency, mostly done after completion of their daily routine patients after 1700 or later, meanwhile patient is kept without water or food waiting for it and no one cares or listens. Reports are available after at least a day. We are miss informed at times and sometimes not informed on the condition at all. Her condition now is worse then how she was when she was admitted and with few new issues to be taken care of thanks to "Livasa" hospitals care. No place for attending guardians to stay and private rooms are never available for the patient even in critical conditions.

Horrible Experience: Avoid this Hospital, Especially if You Have Insurance This hospital is an absolute disgrace, and I urge anyone to stay away, especially if you have insurance like ECHS. From the administration to the medical staff, the entire system feels predatory and unprofessional. It's clear that they view insured patients not as people in need of care, but as a guaranteed source of income to be exploited. The management is shockingly poor, and this incompetence trickles down to every department. The administrative processes are designed to be confusing, and it feels like they intentionally withhold information. We were constantly given the runaround and found it impossible to get straight answers regarding billing, procedures, or even our loved one's condition. The doctors, particularly in the cardiology department, are a complete disappointment. They are detached, uncommunicative, and seem to lack any real understanding of how to provide effective care. They rarely interact with family members and when they do, it's with a level of arrogance and vagueness that is both frustrating and concerning. It's as if they are clueless about what needs to be done and are just going through the motions. We felt completely in the dark about our loved one's health status and were never given a clear, actionable plan for recovery. The worst part of our experience was the clear attempt to extend our stay unnecessarily. It felt like they were actively looking for excuses to keep our family member in the hospital longer, running pointless tests and providing no tangible improvements. They deliberately withheld sensitive information, and we had to fight to get even the most basic details about our loved one's health. This hospital is not a place of healing; it's a business that prioritizes profit over patient well-being.
