I had an accident late evening and I went to Indus hospital at around 7:30 pm.My experience in the hospital was pathetic and there was no doctor available in emergency to check and whole staff members were in hurry to leave as their duty hours were finished. Everyone at reception, emergency staff were preferring themselves rather than patient pain and were befooling patient by making n number of x-rays and unrational injections rather than focusing on concerned area. Moreover check up was going on through messages and videos on watsapp with Sahil singla which was shocking. After long wait I decided to move from there leaving treatment in between and just seemed as money making agencies and Such a bad experience in hospitality. Must improve on moral norms and ethically because if we can't trust or rely on them then must shut down rather than befooling people. Highly non recommendable.

The reception staff of hospital when enquiring about availability of orthopaedic doctor responded very vaguely. First they said doctor will leave in 15 minutes...then when I asked them to inform doctor that patient will reach hospital in 10-12 mins ...then they said doctor has left and on further asking up the bluntly put off the phone without listening further. Kindly ask them to respond rightly....

I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional hospitality and care provided by entire team of INDUS SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL MOHALI during my mother's recent surgery. The calm and caring nature of all staff members, including doctors, nurses, and support staff, was truly commendable. The quality of food provided to patients was excellent, and the timely service was impressive. I am particularly grateful to Dr. Sanjeev Jindal, who successfully performed my mother's surgery on March 11, 2025. His compassionate demeanor, willingness to listen, and positivity were a great source of comfort to our family. While our experience at Indus Hospital was overwhelmingly positive, I would like to offer a few suggestions for improvement: - Consider providing a stool or bench for patients' companions near the patient as the rooms are somewhat small. - Installing curtains around each bed in the wards would enhance patient comfort and privacy. Once again, I extend my sincerest gratitude to Dr. Sanjeev Jindal, the entire medical team, and the support staff for their outstanding care and compassion. Thank you for creating a satisfying experience for our family.

My experience in indus hospital is great. All doctors, staffs are nice and helpful and also it is budget friendly hospital

Doctors and staff are good but management is very worst. My new born was in NICU no one was there accept one nurse who was struggling to manage alone with new borns and also the other nurses and men staff from other departments were entering into NICU with their shoes and there was no hygiene measures was taken. Even when I was feeding my newborn who was suffering with pneumonia one male person who was standing there staring at me I was so uncomfortable I don't why they allowed a male person unnecessarily to sit in NICU and also I have noticed negligence with new borns health who was in NICU and was very critical and NICU staff nurse was struggling to provide him oxygen there was some technical glitches because of that that baby was struggling in front of me. I was gone through C section and after 24 hrs my baby detected pneumonia and got admitted in NICU which was on 3rd floor I was on second floor and was taking steps to go upstairs because lifts was not working. So overall if you are paying Please do find the better option for your New borns

Specially Ex-servicemen never go to Indus Hospital Mohali. This hospital had (no idea at present situation) nexus with doctors in Echs Mohali. They haven't done biopsy but raised bill. I couldn't complain as I was ignorant of the complaint procedure and was employed to far distance.
