So my family has always been specific about going only to fortis and our first experience with Grecian began when my father tested SARS nCov-19 (covid-19) positive . Initially we were very reluctant (considering my fathers complicated medical history) we still progressed upon assurance from staff at Fortis to get him admitted in Grecian . Upon arrival we were immediately transferred into the emergency without delay and without breaking any protocols of sterilization. I met with Dr Dipika who was extremely patient and helpful and assured us of his well being which over time we realized how well my father was taken care of . We got timely information , no stress on payments , absolute full coordination and amazing staff experience as well as well experienced doctors who were in constant touch with us . The staff incharge at the Covid wards( jaswinder and parminder) were not only patient with us but would regularly connect with us with prompt replies in minutes to our requests or otherwise. My father not only was comfortable he was more than taken care of and he recovered well to our surprise sonsidering his condition . The doctors in the covid ward and nursing staff was also very well mannered and patient apart from being effective with regular rounds to keep check on the patients as told by my father . The reception was quick and well managed to make sure attendees were socially distanced and wernt made to wait in long ques rather seated and quickly attended to also on a need basis. Dr dipika did her utmost in all situations to coordinate and I have repeatedly sent and will continue to send all relatives and friends to Grecian in the future . I recommend you all also have a look at this sister subsidiary of fortis and a good well established reputable institute in Tricity for regular diseases and Covid related problems as well .
