Miserable patient management; cannot say who's the one dealing with the patient (doctor or staff). Just OPD took 5+ hours. All the doctors are very professional but failed while dealing with the patients at any point in time. Everyone is tired waiting. They should hire a good Management executive so that they can save their time and OTHERS TIME as well. People are paying high just for waiting. Think before you visit that you have at least a day's time just for the OPD.

Waiting time are very long. Had to wait for 3 hours even after taking an appointment. Not recommended if your time is valuable. No complaints about the doctor. Just need to improve management of the clinic

Patient Management is very poor, you just need to wait & wait. No proper communication who is going when , what is the approx time. If you care of your patient and time, never visit this hospital. Giving one star only because ZERO is not permitted.

the staff doesn't have basic manners to even talk to patients. They are the rudest people and have no empathy they further traumatise the patients with their extreme misbehaviour. Imagine a patient of anxiety having to go through all this. Pathetic pathetic treatment by staff

There is no system .all people were waiting thein turn...but nobody know why their turn not coming....if you talk about the point...then you can judge about 15 patient ..who are waiting whole day....in the end there is poor system

It's a good place to visit regarding medical reasons... I go there coz my father's cardiologist Dr. Rajat Sharma visit here once every month so we don't have to Visit Mohali everytime... But fee is higher now... Earlier it was about 350rs... Now it's 500rs But it doesn't matter coz it saves our time and travel expenses....

Poor management. They don't even understand condition of patient. Waited more than 4 hours with patient. Think before you visit
