Dr. Jas Hospital

Hospital timings mentioned till 2:30 we arrived here on 12:47 till then they make us waiting by saying Dr. Jatinder kaur isn't available and will be back in half n hour as discussed over call. Such a pathetic service like Govt. Hospital. No water glasses in waiting area or with water dispenser. How come they call it a private hospital charing for premium services.

There is no proper care for patients, and doctors are not available on time. When the in-house doctor was on leave, instead of utilizing the available nurses, an external pharmacist was called just to dispense medicines. A patient was in pain, but no pain-relief injection was given. It seemed like the main intention was to benefit the outside pharmacy rather than provide proper treatment. Even after being admitted to the hospital, everything still depends on the outside pharmacy. What's more disappointing is that while the patient was in pain, both the staff and the external pharmacist were busy having personal conversations. The cleaning staff was sitting at the nurse's reception desk, showing a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility.

Doctors are good and polite. Nursing home is neat and clean and has all the modern facilities. Good experience makes great doctors.

Doctor is good but 1) focus is on selling cheap medicines at high price. Even that's acceptable but service is average. 2) insists for basic tests to be done at their own facility but they don't have their dedicated laboratory and equipment. Even simple blood tests results come after one day. 3) the most major drawback is that this hospital deals with pregnancy cases, however timings are only from 9-13:30. After this doctor take cares of surgeries or deliveries etc and there is no other doctor available to address walk-ins. Nursing staff has limited experienced nurses. Telling from personal experience twice, they didn't attend us after 13:30. Afterall emergency don't come with prior invitations Overall they need to improve alot. My only agony is that we don't have any other place nearby , that's why we have to come here. But zero cooperation from staff if you have any issues outside 09-13:30 timings.

Hi, Reasonable hospital, for doing baby, also if think on economy basis everything is quit very normal and DR. Jatinder Kaur is also very nice. DR SP Sandhu the pediatrician is also good, overall the experience is good. Regards Rakesh Kumar Thakur

Really good hospital in the area. Jatinder Kaur mam is really good and she explained us everything. Nursing home is neat and clean and has all the modern facilities. Good experience makes great doctors. I would like to thanks Jatinder Kaur mam and nursing staff. Blessed with baby boy :)

Empathy and non- judgmental attitude makes a great doctor. But the gynaecologist has another attribute of body shaming, that doesn't go very well with the patient health care. Also, asking if your mother, who was fighting battle with cancer, is alive or not doesn't show empathy towards the patient.

I had good experience in this hospital.... Meine delivery to yahi karani to but meri transfer hogi... Otherwise best gynecologist dr.
