Specially thanx for dr.kulwant singh .all staff is very caring and good behaviour.

Waiting time for opd patients is to much, some times is 2-5 hours.. Must need to work on. Today I visited hospital at 11 am and got the turn at 3:15 pm.. very much disappointed.

Staff is very caring and polite talks and very good services and maintaine highgyne every time and doctrs are very good human being

Horrible front desk staff. Doesn't know anything about customer care. Doesn't even bother to give payment slips to customers. Providing slips without any signature or valid stamps. Looks like scamming patients. Not at all organized way of working. Had very bad experience with frontdesk staff, who talks rudely and doesn't have any manners. Just roaming around randomly.

Dr. kulwant is very simple, superb Human being, approachable and a Great doctor. Always provide amazing treatment. Overall staff is very good specially mam navjeet is friendly approach with smiling face with his selfless service.

The hospital administration is poor....greed for money has shifted the focus from Medicare to filling beds and making patients undergoing unnecessary expensive tests. There is no intensivist or pulmonologist...they come for 5 minutes only and charge a huge amount. After a patients death, they make the relatives run around unnecessarily for documents. Go there at your own risk......they are doing trial and error diagnosis.
