Beautiful, neat n clean hospital with quick services

So pathetic hospital. Charges are too high . Doctors are too arrogant. Staff is too arrogant. Also taking charges for car parking. Jus a money making institute. Also they allow only two.oateints at one time and they say that with this way we prevent disease from entering patients room. How can you stop disease entering in the room when you go turn wise. I mean the other person will wait and go when his turn will come. Eventually you are carrying everything with you inside the patient room. So pathetic rules they have.

It is so frustrating and painful for the patient to wait for their turn and doctors work pretty slow, took 3 hours in ENT with 8 patients in front of me. Receptionist was not interested to talk with me. I hope hospital management do not consider patients as LIABILITY. It was a good hospital once but my recent visits put a Full Stop for revisits.

Very pleased with the treatment my mother received at the patel hospital, special thanks to Deepika from the emergency ward, not only she knows her job very well, she looked after my mother with all the care one can expect, thank you Deepika, you are an Angel. We went to two hospitals before visiting Patel Hospital but Dr Chopra and Dr Vinod quickly identified the underlying issue and my mother came back home within 48 hours, thank you everyone for your care and help

We visited to Gynaecologist Dr Ramandeep Kaur in Patel Hospital last week. To be true, the experience was below par as per my expectation. The Doctor doesn't show empathy and treat patients as if we are her slaves. And i think this is the reason that they so few patients in this department. She shouts on patients and instead of looking for symptoms, works on her assumptions. We are paying you for your services and atleast show some gratitude, humbleness and empathy towards them. We would suggest that only visit her if you wish to get insulted. If you want a treatment with respect, better look for other good doctors.

Doctors are good but staff service and documents delivery is very poor, they will make you wait for days and hours just for the discharge certificate. The staff especially in the ENT department is not corporative.
