I had a great experience at Oxford Hospital. We booked an appointment with Dr. Gurbeer Singh Gill, and he was absolutely on time, which shows how respectful he is of his patients' time. He listened to our concerns with great patience and care, making us feel truly heard and understood. The medicines he prescribed were effective, and his calm, humble nature made us feel very comfortable throughout the consultation. He is not only a knowledgeable doctor but also a very kind human being. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for expert and compassionate heart care.

Patient Reviews
This Hospital gave my life misery. They are money minded. Most of the time care about money. They don't even realise or care how they impact other people's life. If there is an option for negative stars I would have given them most negatives. My mother was admitted there with heart condition in December 2024. They were treating her blocked arteries with medicines. She was there for 9 days. Doctors kept assuring me she's stable and will be discharged soon. On her 9th day there a doctor told me she's stable and he will discharge her in couple of days. On 10th day I received a phone call from hospital to see the doctor. When I reached there doctor told me that my mother's heart health is ok but her kidneys are damaged and advised me to move my mother to a kidney specialist hospital as they don't have kidney Dr in thier hospital 24/7 so they can't treat her there. They put pressure on me to move her asap. Even they arranged an ambulance to move her. Ambulance was ready to take my mum out even before I know. I tried to arrange another hospital as soon as I could but another hospital refused to admit my mother after looking at her reports. I took my mother from one hospital to another and then another but unfortunately she passed away on her way to third hospital. That day when my mother passed away, that scene, that situation still haunts me. It's been 7 months and it's still fresh in my memory. The regret of unable to save my mum is killing me from inside. This will last until my last breath. I had seen my mother after 5years and they even didn't let me see my mother for 5 hours in total in ten days. I couldn't talk to her, couldn't hug her. In her last breath instead of seeing my mother they left me chasing other doctors. They could have told me truth about my mother's situation instead of lying. I would have spent that last hour with my mother, talk to her, hugged her and say goodbye to her. People says Waheguru's justice is delayed but not denied. I believe in it. Hopefully one day I will see Waheguru's justice because my mother had so much faith in Waheguru. To PR team please don't reply to my comment if you can't change anything.
My uncle was admitted to Oxford Hospital, Jalandhar, on July 22, 2025, following Dr. Gill's advice for a 2-3 day treatment involving injections. Despite being fit, he was placed in an ICU with 10 other patients, which seemed unnecessary. By July 24, no injections were administered, and Dr. Kanwal, the ICU in-charge, admitted he was unaware of my uncle's condition or treatment plan. Shockingly, Dr. Gill never visited during the 10-day stay, and my attempts to meet him were blocked by staff, including bouncers at the hospital. This lack of care, communication, and accountability was unacceptable. The hospital's management and facilities need urgent improvement to ensure proper patient care and doctor oversight. I strongly advise others to reconsider choosing this hospital.
I recently visited Oxford Hospital, Jalandhar, and while the facility has good infrastructure and offers important diagnostic services like X-ray and CT scan, I faced a few issues that made my experience stressful. There was a lack of space and proper management in the waiting area, which made it uncomfortable, especially for patients who are unwell. I underwent a few tests including X-ray and CT scan, but the coordination among staff--especially some doctor assistants--was disappointing. Despite completing my tests, I had to wait over 2 hours just to locate my report/file, as the helpers seemed careless and not attentive to patient concerns. Hospitals should ensure timely communication and proper handling of reports, especially when patients are already under stress. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service quality and staff responsibility.
Booked an appointment at Oxford Hospital, but unfortunately missed it. When I visited next time, Dr. Gurbeer Singh Gill kindly adjusted the previous appointment fee and provided treatment for my mother without any issue. He is a truly compassionate and understanding doctor. Highly recommended
Oxford Hospital is a great place for heart care. The staff is well-mannered and supportive and Dr Gurbeer Gill is highly skilled. He provides excellent treatment for all types of heart-related problems .Very satisfied with the overall experience!
Very bad experience ... they keep advertising out the lies... he promises he will open the clogged heart arteries with only medicine and no surgery required... I took the medicine for continuous 3 years and the blockage went from 60% to 90%. .... He doesn't believe in the laboratory tests done outside his hospital , even the tests done at PGI - he says he don't believe them and charge the tests at his hospital at a very high price .... They say to book appointment and come, they do not even see you with booked appointment , he doesn't call the appointments in serial number wise manner... the bookings for the patient starts from 9 am and he comes to OPD at 11 -11:40 am .... the VIP patients get the preference all the time ... hospital is a place where everybody should be treated equally or as per health needs not as per doctor's personal preference ... I would never recommend this hospital especially the cardiologist. CHOOSE WISELY PEOPLE ITS YOUR HEALTH AND MONEY AT THE END OF THE DAY, REMEMBER THAT!!!!
He is fraud doctor very selfish and money minded he is having bouncers also in hospital my mama ji admitted due to heart problm doctor said he have 80 % blockage and i will treat with only medicine there is no need for stunt and all we pay 2 lakh 50,000 for only 5 days stay and he did treatment but he never shows us reports and never give reports hard copy in the time of discharge again he told us come in nxt three days he gave 10,000 medicine only for 3 days medicine and he never tell us what the result comes after 5 days treatment my mami ji ask the doctor please tell me what the result comes blockage gone with trearment or not tgen doctor again wrote a test of cost 30,000 and he said do this test from my hospital only they are very cheap only for money they r in hospital stop going to this hospital
