Dr. Johal Multispeciality Hospital

I was admitted to Johal Hospital for 8 days in Room No. 102 due to a pilonidal sinus problem. This surgery was quite painful, but thanks to the constant care and support of the nursing staff, I was able to manage the pain much better. My experience was truly positive. All the staff members were extremely helpful and caring. Their behavior was so kind and genuine that it never felt like they were just doing a job--they treated me like a family member. I'm really thankful to the entire team for their support and care during my stay. Highly recommended!

The doctors and staff are very polite and experienced, and the management is also very good. Safety, humanity, taking care of patients' feelings, and doctors have a lot of patience. The quality of food and cleanliness in the hospital is excellent. But one request plz don't put unwanted charges like 6000 for one or two hour for private room . This Johal hospital, Jalandhar. All inside wards, rooms so messy, dirty can't breath easily. I go with here for my Grandmother brain operation We have totally package for surgery include stay rooms but they ask we can't give room only shift general ward. That general ward so dirty, bad smell all burn patient inside. I said we don't want operate here & bring back after then they shifted one room that also dirty so smelly at the last we stay there only 2 hours for waiting doctor but nobody come. They charge with us for 2 hours only 6000 very small, dirty room. Very bad behaviour inside emergency doctors. Nobody go this hospital plz otherwise all stuck there.

My father recently had a surgery at this hospital and it went well. Pre and post surgery treatment was good. The rooms are also clean. They make sure everything is hygienic. The staff(doctors,nurses, even cleaners) are very nice and cooperative. They listen to all your issues/concerns and do their due diligence. He was admitted here for more than 15 days.

Self stayed in this hospital for few days for treatment and felt Wonderful experience because of below observation:- (A)Doctors politeness and to the point treatment enhance the patient confidence . Dr Johal motivation, interaction and recommendations in OPD and during ward rounds is of very high order. (B) Excellent nurses and support staff, always available and there alertness make you feel relaxed. (C) All electrical and electronics equipments in wards found fully operational, which reflect good management in preserving and updating huge hospital infrastructure. (D) ECHS staff cooperation to ex-servicemen is highly appreciable. (E) Security staff contribution well noted in guiding the patient, this is the first line of interaction during hospital visit, and there discipline is superb. Few things which I experienced and observed need management attention which if can taken on priority will be great:- (A) Bell switch in private room is little far from bed, which serious patient can't reach while on bed Request add one parallel switch to this existing switch near to bed for patients convenient. (B) Water buckets ,mugs in room toilet are very old, not in presentable condition, need to be replaced. (C) In Toilet flush , water is leaking continuously in room 213, to be rectified, similarly in other rooms if can be checked will save lot of precious water. (D) Stickers pasted on Room AC , showing done and due date as 2024, and today month is july 2025. May be stickers need to be renewed after AMC. (E) Mobile charging point for the patient near the bed is missing. Request if one socket switch for the same can be provided near the bed and a small shelf for keeping the mobile . (F) Even though staff is always available for help, still if Do and Don't sticker posted in room for patients in private rooms or wards will be very good. Meal timing, visitor timing , and important contact numbers can be included in sticker. Already Johal hospital I found is very best and highly recommend to everyone for best treatment.
