Doctors at this hospital are amazing! However, it is disappointing that the front staff does not acknowledge the online appointments that are available to book on their official website. We were told to book by calling instead. I wonder why do they want to increase their job by receiving multiple calls to book over an easy online self-booking options available for the patients?
