Very bad service Receptionist don't know the dirrence between kidney stone and heart problem After wait more than 3 hours she reliance it's kidney stone I said but she make appointment for heart specialists Very bad customer service.totaly waste of money nd time Think before come to gold medica bathinda. Those who gives 5 star to them it looks all are paid or their own relatives or friends or staff Otherwise service is very poor Its my second time Even doctor don't car about patient time Very bad service..

Experience with doctor is best. I think the other staff members in the hospital must be disciplined and professional. They don't know how to talk, how to behave and how to get the work done on time. I suggest senior authorities of this hospital to either change or train the staff members especially persons at front desk and reception.

The doctors seemed more interested in making money than actually caring for the patient's life. Their greed was clearly visible in the way they handled the situation -- prioritizing profit over proper treatment. I strongly feel that they showed no genuine concern for the patient's well-being. I would not trust them again." I was at the hospital with my own patient when I witnessed a heartbreaking incident. A woman was sitting and crying because her husband had passed away. She had already paid 85% of the hospital bill, but 5,000 was still pending. Shockingly, the hospital refused to release the body until the remaining amount was paid. The body was held until the evening over just 5,000. This kind of inhumane and insensitive behavior is truly disturbing. Hospitals should show compassion, not cruelty, especially in moments of grief."

Gold Medica Hospital is truly impressive. I went there in an emergency, and the staff was so quick and caring. Dr. Vivek Jindal is excellent--he listens, explains everything clearly, and treats with great care. The hospital is clean and well-organized. I really trust them for good care.Thanks to all.

I had the worst experience of this hospital .very uncooperative staff especially reception people (two girls) and 5th floor staff. Customer service of this hospital is very pathetic only the pharmacy people dealing with patients is fantastic.
