This is the WORST MEDICAL IN CUTTACK for operation except for the Gallstones. They treated unnecessary treatment and updated us with fake news saying my mother will get well soon. She was very healthy person and just needed Hernia surgery but don't know what they did with my mother And finally after 8 days keeping in ICU they declared her passing away news.They charged like they are the best' hospital My request Please look other hospital if you want to get well soon then please don't go there. You Will loose Your life and money as well.

I came to shanti hospital for treatment of gallstones last week and what could've been a really stressful and overwhelming experience ended up being incredibly smooth and reassuring, largely because of how well the hospital is run. The doctors here are very involved and that makes a huge difference . They explained the procedure step by step, answered all my questions without brushing anything off & genuinely made me feel like I was in capable hands. The nursing staff was very consistent and kind. What really stood out to me, though, was how organized and intentional everything felt. The hospital isn't just functioning, it's clearly being led by someone who cares. A lot of credits go to the way it's run. Dr Sreejoy Patnaik & Dr Abhinav Patnaik have clearly built a place that values both precision and empathy. I never once felt unsafe. And for a surgery, that peace of mind means everything. I'd recommend this place without hesitation to anyone facing surgery or anything uncertain.

Everything is top notch.. They have good service in casualty, nursing home and my gallstone removal surgery was also nice,rooms allotted to us was "Super Deluxe" was also nice(with wifi facility).. The only thing for which I removed one star is there billing system we have health insurance we said do whatever you want any amount you want but don't ask us any cash during discharge but they billed it 75,000 during discharge and 3,950 insurance didn't gave for xyz reason they could not explain it... It's such a waste of time keeping those people in billing section who generate bills and send to insurance company for claim.. They are not that skilled.. Rest things are awesome thank you

Truly appreciate the services by the staffs. So much supportive in the meantime. Dr. Sreejoy Pattnaik, the chairman himself is a great doctor. It was a great experience.

Nice hospital with state of the art facilities...Maintain cleanliness and cares it's patients...Minimal time for insurance processing and also one can get top class healthcare facilities at an affordable cost...

The worst experience I ever had. My father met with an accident and was very critically injured. He was admitted to this hospital on 30th January. Though they treated him well but they charged unnecessarily. Even when we told them about the fees and why they have increased the ICU charge they Suddenly gave us medicine report costing nearly 20k. When we gave a complaint about that the staff also admitted that this is unfair to patient and he called the doctor and said this word in-front of us "Sir this is unfair to the patient, we should not do this. We have other ways to charge more from the patient but writing expensive medicine is not a good plan.". Today 14th march. I came at 9.30AM in the morning for a followup checkup for my father. Current time is 12.07 and no doctor is there. The receptionist are saying doc will come in 30 mins from last 3 hours. The management is really very bad. They don't have pre booked doctor. When a patient comes, they call the doctor to visit their hospital. I would never recommend anyone to visit this place ever.

Overal a very comfortable stay of the patient as well as the attendant... Very nicely maintained n very prompt nurses... Awesome service...Hats off to Shanti hospital n it's management n staff members...
