To be very honest doctors are good but the security guards are horrible they were literally shouting. And the receptionist they don't even hear your questions they will say go here and there or sit we will inform you but they don't, if you have any test like ultrasound you have to wait for the whole day or may be for the next day ,the numbering system has no value there they will call the patient by their choice,the waiting area where the patient's family will sit has no fan and in some of the areas u have to face direct sunlight so that was not comfortable to sit, if they made this things right then the hospital will be better.... But I have to say the security guards need to learn how treat a patient they are already struggling with their life so don't be an another reason of their sadness...

Gone today to inquire about doc appointment. Though the clinic was closed, asked security guard about doc appointment and he replied that you come early morning and wait in queue. There is no doc appointment process online or offline. Very rude attitude from guard not sure what about the staff there. Owner should definitely look into this. Doc is good doesn't mean you will behave as you wish.

This is a bad and very bad place. Here sometimes their ultrasound machine gets damaged and sometimes the printer gets damaged. They are not receiving UPI payments. They will give you the test report only after the doctor leaves. You have to stay one more day to show your test reports only.. Very bad Management and very bad behaviour..

If anyone want to experience Hell before his/her death, then this Hospital is waiting for you!! As the doctor is famous, they are behaving with people like animals or insects. They know anyway patients will come.... just pathetic

In my personal experience I have seen people waiting from 1 AM but hospital doesn't allow them to the premises and they have to sit on road. The gate opens up at 6 AM and numbering starts at 8 AM. The total waiting time is 6-7 Hours to just for the enrolment. Then the pain doesn't ends here you have to wait for the doctor 10 or 10:30 AM and the total process takes the entire day literally. Doctor is no doubt the best one not only of the country but also of the Asia. But the OPD management is literally pathetic and inhuman . At least doctor Mohapatra himself should take care of it as a human and as a politician.

Worst experience ever, one has to take token at 6 AM in the morning and keep waiting till 4 pm for ultrasound and blood diagnosis. Process is slow and not worthy for a pregnant lady to wait without food till evening just to consult a doctor. If everything is normal no need to go to Prachee only critical cases or IVF cases neede to be addressed at this clinic. Security guards behaviour towards pregnant ladies is worst of all . Restrooms are in worst condition , slippery and dirty. Have faith on God, people used to concive and deliver babies even when there were no gynaecs.

The facilities are providing here is so poor and worst . As my opinion Doctor is so good , but the facilities are very bad / You have to wait a day where as in other clinic you will take half an hour. The gate will open in 6:00 AM but the ticket counter will open in 8:00 AM. And your treatment will start at 3:00 PM. Example: If you want to ultrasound, then you have to come in line at 6:00 AM, But your treatment will execute after 03:00 PM. You have to wait there 09:00 hours . and when your Serial number will come at05:00PM onwards . It's so pathetic for a patient . So I suggest don't come here and choose a better private clinic .

Management is so pathetic. It's only good for the people who are staying near the Nurshing room. But still I never sea good collaboration between doctors and patients. They will never hear you complete things. People blindly believing them. No personal thing they will discuss everything in public which is not at all good in a gynaecology hospital. Let me brief the appointment process. ------------------------------- * First you need to reach early morning before 5 AM , prefer to go by 4 PM. Because a long queue you will see. So better to go as early as possible. * Second the gate will open by 8 , so you need wait for atleast 3/4 hours to get the serial number. * Third thing now it's time to collect the token from the reception of prachee Nurshing Home, which can be done once the Nurshing Home open which is usually at 10 am *Fourth thing once you got the serial number you will get a idea roughly when your turn will come but that too not sure. If you near to prachee Nurshing Home then it's fine you can relax at home. Otherwise you need to wait for your turn. *Most bad thing in this Nurshing Home is the security guard they think they are the governer body.(lot of improvement require). *Once the serial come for you are allow to meet pc mahapatra but he is checking the patient in public . It's a open area kind of all the patient can hear each other , your privacy is going to disclose. *No dout sir is good but management is pathetic.i never prefer anyone .
