Dr. Om Suvam Hospital

Never visit this Doctor Satya Prasana Nayak or Om suvam Hospital Cuttack , Both Doctor and Clinic don't have common sense how to talk with patients. During visit Dr said to patient that you don't have common sense just because of they wear a jeans that to for Lady patient. And that jeans is loose so they can easily examine the knee. And the Hospital staff and management along with Dr Satya Prasana Nayak is too money minded Doctor. They even don't accept payment through QR UPI when i ask why you don't accept through QR you have QR code here there Reception staff said Doctor will directly take Cash. And we can't accept through Hospital QR because if we take payment through QR we have to Pay GST or Tax. They openly do Tax and GST Theft. After that they provide a QR of a random Guy. I paid to them then they provide a Cash to Doctor's assistant. After that i ask to Please provide a bill of that so i have to submit to my Company for reimbursement then the Receptionist said what bill?? You didn't pay to us you can directly talk with Doctor. And The Great Dr Satya Prasana Nayak . Written over Prescription That i have paid of Rs 500/- which is useless meaning to mention over prescription.

5 star becoz i can see , owner actually cares about reviews and replies honestly, actually i was planning to visit for my mom knee problem, and now i am confirmed to visit this friday ie 18-apr-25, will review again after visit.

This is an worst hospital. Requesting you all Nobody should admit *Inappropriate behavior *In right time no doctor available /Owner of the hospital should prescribed all *if anyone admitting for Vidal Health insurance then they aren't insured that patient only/ Charge the patient only *Nothings medical instrumental Ex - Exray, Sonugraphy etc *only even they are sending outside for X-ray, Ultrasound and all *Dirty washroom / No cleaning *Fraudulent exparties are invloved in it This is all about my experience.... Today i have called the receptionist several times but they are not at all picking up the call may be there could be some emergency. As it is a hospital number so it is must to pick up the phone is not even busy just they are not answering. Yesterday we went to the hospital everyone including the nurses they are busy on their own phone talking. Is this the system, etiquettes of a hospital.

Doctors and nurse are good.. but the house keeping staff are extremely unprofessional rude and exploiting in nature.. I got admitted for 4days the staff irrespective of service provided demanded money when I came from car to the room.. then just immediately after my surgery they asked for 500 bucks because they brought me back to room in stretcher.. and even though my mom gave 200bucks to each housekeeping staff, while checkout they demanded evn more.. 6people from each shift (morning afternoon and night) demanded money.. and few of them were not even satisfied with 500rs and demanded more.. while sitting in my car the security guard was asking for money..I had my leg surgery done... there was one house keeping staff at the night who was supposed to provide bed pane for urine.she dint evn know how to use it and spilled urine everytime and for 3times changed the bedsheet and at last said we don't have any more sheets..doc adviced not to move my leg and all this caused my leg to swell . There were staff asking for money who I never evn saw for once during my stay.. why will I pay the sweeper or floor cleaner and everyone else .. we spent 4-5k in 4days stay just because the housekeeping staff of om shuvam was such leech and won't let go until we pay them.. how insensible of them.. I had my surgery, my mother was so worried.. how can people be so insensitive to demand money in such situation. We belong to middle class family and we know how hard we worked to earn that money.. already we payed 1.5 lacs to hospital. Never in my life in any corporate hospital I have seen such unprofessional and exploiting nature of staff.. either the owner is not paying enough or not hiring professional people in order to save money.. you should understand what is the mindset of people who are undergoing surgery and how they and their family members are suffering ... rather then just thinking about money and only money.. such a disappointment and shame on the management.

Visited Dr. Satya Prasana Nayak for back pain treatment. Doctor was patient enough to listen to the problems. He was able to detect the issue without MRI. He explains step by step course of treatment to be followed which gives confidence to the patient.

Worst service ever in a clinic..toady morning I called the number given in this link he told me that Dr manoranjan (pulmononary ) will be available at 11.am..my mother is present at the clinic since 11 am..but the reception boy told to call the assistant for doctor timing..1st assistant told doctor will come at 12pm ..again at 12pm told 1.30 but finally doctor came at around 1:50pm ...but there is no serial number..the reception boy called randomly like Manoj loka,mahanta babu ka loka 20-30 people come at 1:45 pm .. they are allowed ..why such irregularities?? Why you people are not making serial number 1st come 1st service basis?? We came from far distance ..but your reception boy who is in charge of the Dr manoranjan sir is very rude behavior and irregularities activity ... Never recommend any people.. worst service ever in my life
