Visited Dr. Manoranjan Dash for cough and breathing issues. His gentle demeanour and helpful nature made the experience pleasant. Thoroughly explained the cause and treatment options. Twice I visited the Doctor. On first visit the doctor came inordinately late. It took more than 5 hours to complete 1st consultation than pathological test and xray and after that diagnosis and medicine prescribed. I took medicine for one month and got good respite and response. On 21st June I took appointment for follow up for 22nd June at 6-00pm through web but reaching at the Clinic it was found closed. Than noted down the phone number from display board and took appointment for follow up and consultation for 23 June at 11.00am. Today that's on 23nd June,2024 I reached at his Clinic at 10.50 am and Dr. came to Clinic at 01.20.pm. Till arrival of Dr. there was no information about the arrival time of Doctor and on asking the staff they were telling that the Dr is coming and all patients waited wildly for more than two hours for arrival of Doctor. For me,Dr prescribed for PFT and after undergoing the test I waited for final consultation till 2.45 pm. Till 2.45 pm there was no call for consultation, then I asked his paramedical staff about my consultation, the concern staff in PFT Room told that Sir is taking his lunch ,than I told the staff that shall we not take lunch Again' I waited for about 20 minutes and after that Dr called me to his Chamber.On reaching to the Chamber of Dr. he frowned upon me and started shouting that why I commented any thing outside his chamber. Dr.did not allow me to either to speak or explain the verbatim with his staff.Than I commented that as a Doctor,he is taking privilege to shout at me. Rather I told that I will prefer not to take treatment from such system and arrangements. I am 64 year old Senior Citizen, diabetic and definitely seen this world ina betterway. I am also doing public service and I also got my planned appointment, engagement and appointment. I am having my weekend plan and programs. Accordingly I took prior appointment .Still I bear the inordinate delay to have an effective consultation with Dr. Time is precious.let us use it effectively. If we can not manage time effectively, time will manage us. Regards.
