Dr. Budha Baba Multispecialty Hospital (BBMH)

had a very disappointing experience at Budha Baba Hospital. The staff seemed more focused on billing than patient care. I felt pressured during my visit, and the approach to treatment felt aggressive and unnecessary. I'm sharing this so others can make informed choices. I recommend seeking a second opinion before proceeding with treatment here.

Very very Bad experience with this Hospital. On 02nd of Aug 2025 . I went with my mother to change her plaster . So unprofessional staff. Hospital does not have staff to attend the Casualty , they said the person who will do the plaster will reach office at 2pm. We waited till 2pm then 3 pm then 4 pm , asking all thr staffs about the staff, no one even bother to check and respond. Then after 4:30 pm when my father and I started complaining about the bad service then they respond at 4:45pm. Even the staffs are very arrogant . Poor service. I will never visit this hospital ever.

Excellent service, there is nothing complain in my side. Management, nursing,cleanness of hospital is good. Dr umesh ray sir very good surgeon in our Odisha. He is famous for his behaviour and treatment also.thanku you sis and bbm team for this excellent service

This hospital only tries to kill the patient. The nurse and staff working here are illiterate and arrogant. The doctors work here are the worst. Keep the patient unnecessarily in ICU just to charge a high bill. My uncle got admitted for his serious heart issue of multiple blockages which required immediate surgery. However the Dr. Nihar Ranjan Parida chose not to operate for 4 days for unrealistic reasons. The nurses are so uneducated that they can't even tell you what food to give to the patient as per the health condition. The carelessness of the doctor and the staff lead to worsen the condition of the patient. Due to which we decided to shift the patient to better hospital. But the staff denied to give discharge. When asked to provide all the reports they denied to give. They did not provided angiography records which is required for surgery. Due to all this the heart rate has dropped to 30. Now doctors have cleared that they cannot operate as there is risk in surgery.

I ama suffering with spine tumors, most of the time i feel very weak. Our dr bibhuti das (neuro surgery ) sir is very supportive and friendly. Today i discharge from budha baba multispecialty hospital me and my family members are very happy. I recommended to if you need any type of surgery and conservative treatment plz came and visit budha bab multispecialty hospital.

I had done my total knee replacement surgery at BudhaBaba Multispeciality Hospital by Dr Amaresh Mohapatra. It was a successful surgery. The doctor and his behaviour is good. But I am not at all satisfied with the nursing staff behaviour and the medicine shop keeper's behaviour.

Service and treatment are well provided. All doctors and support staffs behaviour was good. They are the best at their job. Quite happy with their services. This is the one of the Go to hospital in town.

The worst experience of my life. The doctor is always busy in meetings and has no value for patients who are waiting to see the doctor. Anyone who knows the nursing staff or management staff they can see the doctor quickly as compared to others who are waiting patiently in a serial manner. I registered the patient name at 10.10 am as my mother was having stomach pain & waiting as per serial no. I & My mom came out from the hospital at 4.30 pm. Just imagine 6.30 hours for just seeing the doctor & blood test. At 7.00 pm I go to the hospital for the report & to see the doctor UMESH ROY. But as always doctor is busy with meetings. I waited for 2 hours again but couldn't see the doctor & came with the report only. Really a very very bad experience of my life. I am not angry on doctor. Doctor behavior is good but all the management is very weak. Management staff making it worse.
