Dr. Ashwini Trauma Centre

My worst experience ever. Recently my 73 years old mother was admitted there. I was the attendant. During the period of her stay there, once I requested my husband to come and attend her as I have to go my local residence for a little refreshment. But the security staffs are so ill mannered, they didn't allow my husband to come into. I had never expected this kind of attitude from such a reputed hospital. Poor service, even there is no provision( like calling bell) given to patients to call anyone in case of emergency. Instead of attendant, if some other person come to attend the patient then they mistreat him/her like anything. The security staffs are so ill mannered that can't be explained in word.

Just wanted to share my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Naba Kumar Pattnaik and the entire team at Aswini Hospital, Cuttack for successfully performing my mother's open heart surgery on 20th April. Their expertise, care, and compassion made a huge difference. Thank you!

Staffs are very good.behaviors are so good , Dr Satyanarayan Behera sir operate me , now i am happy with doctors treatment. Emergency all Staffs behaviour, doctors and manager badri bhai effort are very impressive.

Prabhasini bhadra as a patient is very disappointed with the service. I visited to the hospital for my surgery but after having an interaction with the doctor at 12 pm. I had to wait for admission for about 5 hour(7pm.). After my husband said for wheelchair then we had to wait for a long time. Please, Provide concrete steps being taken to address the issue raised in issue, specially general GW sister and housekeeping staff sooo bad behaviour and arrogant please take steps,

I visited to the hospital for my re-checkup but after having an interaction with the doctor at 12:00p.m. I had to wait for the wheelchair for about 1 hour(1:00p.m.). After my father said for wheelchair then we had to wait for a long time. Please, Provide concrete steps being taken to address the issue raised in the review.
