We are truly pleased with the service provided by Apollo Hospital Bhubaneswar. The medical staff was highly professional, attentive, and compassionate throughout our experience. Special thanks to the file forwarding team for their prompt and efficient support in handling documents and coordination -- it made the entire process much smoother. The hospital facilities were clean and well-organized, and we felt genuinely cared for at every step. Grateful for the excellent treatment and teamwork across departments!

We have been treating my father in apollo hospitals Bhubaneswar from last 5 years . Writing my experience this time . 1. If your patient is in ICU the attendant does not get the bed or room to rest while in distress and panic .unlike in KIMs or other hospitals where the attendant can at least get a space . Hospital gets double charges of the same room after taking it away from the ICU patient 2. Food service is worst . The patient gets 2 meals a day smallest portion possible .tea biscuit in the evening is given ....what could be more healthier than tea biscuit ! 3 . They are paying even lesser attention to cleaning and sanitisation.you will get the worst stale food smell and big flies everywhere in the ground floor . 4. Can you imagine what could be healthier in a hospital cafe than pizza burger and cold storage food like chole kulche being heated up and given to people . Nerula' s - the worst cafe to be given contract inside a hospital space . 5. Rooms are so congested that the nurse also can not enter to give saline . Pros 1. They have taken good care of my father in the ICU .. ICU staffs are highly efficient and they are vigilant about smallest details 2 . Nursing staff is also good and takes proper action when informed . They take good care of the patient and well informed about the procedures and medication given by the doctors . 3. Even though our consultant doctor was on leave, Duty doctors from his team gave us support and timely updates on the patient and available when needed

I had a very positive experience at Apollo Hospital,Bhubaneswar. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive. The doctors were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped ease my anxiety. The nurses were kind, compassionate, and always quick to respond when I needed assistance. The hospital was clean and well-maintained, and I was impressed by the hygiene standards and overall organization. Special thanks to Dr. Tanmay Panda and the nursing team who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. I truly felt like I was in good hands. All the services provided to me were excellent . I was admitted in the bed no 524A . Nursing services, Housekeeping cleaness are outstanding with excellent hospitality facilities. Specially Dr. Raghunath Mohapatra, Padmini,Sasmita from nursing, Mamata, Anita & pca Sachidananda from housekeeping deptt. all were very polite and helpful to me . Thank you so much for providing me one of the best services

Well, service is good and they take good care. One of the premium hospitals of bhubaneswar. Our surgeon Tanmay Panda has fine hand. In medical also they gave utmost care esp Sanjukta ma'am and Gourang bhai from PC Food is also healthy, for patient and attendant as well. Breakfast at 50 Lunch at 110 veg 130 non veg Overall got satisfactory treatment.

NICU Bed#217 - we had the privilege of being cared for by the attendants during our stay at Apollo Bhubaneswar and I can honestly say they made a world of difference making my wife delivery smooth and child care too. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, patient, and incredibly kind. Thank you for going above and beyond--your professionalism, empathy, and warmth truly made my experience at the hospital more bearable.

My mother was admited in ICU bed no-549.Sister Debasmita,Rojalin and Brother Pritik all are very nicely taken care of my mother and they all are very friendly with me too.All staff are very supportive.
