Recently i visited for my annual health checkup the behavior of all the staffs are eco friendly, the receptionist are guide us so properly, their behavior towards us are good.All lab test and radiology test available in one floor. I would highly recommend this clinic for your annual health checkup.

We had a very disappointing experience with the clinic's healthcare services. My 62-year-old father visited the clinic due to swelling in his legs. The doctor did some tests, prescribed medicine, and asked us to return after 15 days and consult another Doc. There was no improvement. On the next visit, the doctor gave medicines costing 10,000, but my father's condition got worse--he couldn't walk or speak properly. We tried to contact the doctor many times but got no proper response. They even asked us to visit another clinic in Cuttack, which wasn't possible for us. After the medicine finished, the swelling reduced on its own. When we saw the doctor again, he prescribed another 10,000 worth of medicine. After just three days of taking it, the swelling returned. We stopped the medicine, and his condition improved. Also, during treatment, my father's creatinine level went from 3.9 to 5.3, which is very worrying. We finally changed doctors and got much better care elsewhere. It feels the clinic was more focused on selling expensive medicine than treating the patient. We lost time, money, and my father's health worsened. I hope this helps others make better choices.

All staff are helpfull and skilled in their position. Especially the behavior of the Receptinist is absolutely adorable. In my pov a best clinic for health checkup.

While there's a good list of doctors visiting the clinic, there's gross mismanagement. We've been waiting for hours to get checked by Dr Srikant Sahoo visiting from SUM, Bhubaneswar. But the attendant is not calling the patients based on the ticket numbers, in spite of repeated complaints raised by patients who have come from far away places and have been waiting for hours. Many of them are elderly patients. In spite of repeated complaints, the attendant has strictly refused to call patients according to their serial number, and is misbehaving with the patients. What's the point of booking an appointment a month in advance if we have to wait for hours? This is so unprofessional. Apollo Management should look into this. At this point, it's deliberate harassment of the innocent patients who are in pain.

I am extremely satisfied with the care my father received at this clinic. The staff was very professional, welcoming, and attentive to his needs. The entire experience was smooth, and we felt reassured throughout the visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality healthcare.

I recently visited Apollo clinic Balasore, the clinic staff are very helpful, specially thanks to Mr. Pratyush Mohanty for his helpful nature.

Worst clinic, my mother visited for knee issues, the doctor gave the medicine without any prior test. The medicine reacted severe allergy in whole body. She is suffering from this because of these unprofessional fellows. These people are spoiling apollo name, never trust in these guys. If anything will happen i will sue these guys for sure.

Today, I went to Apollo Hospital. There was a guy working there who checks weight and blood pressure. He behaved very rudely and misbehaved with me for no reason. He spoke to me disrespectfully and acted arrogantly without any reason. He was helping his own people, meaning his relatives, by letting them skip the queue, and he was taking out his anger on me. This was a very bad experience for me, and I want strict action to be taken against him.
