Review for Dr. Elizabeth Chan, Columbia Doctors: I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Elizabeth Chan. Her approach to diagnosis was solely based on blood test results, without taking the time to ask important questions or consider my symptoms. For example, she didn't ask about my lifestyle or whether I was exhibiting any signs of illness. Additionally, she completely overlooked a crucial detail I had provided on my patient form: I was taking a high dose of biotin, which I believe could have interfered with my test results. Despite this, she didn't advise me to stop taking it prior to the blood test and seemed uninterested in my concerns. During the exam, Dr. Chan did not weigh me or measure my height, which I found unusual. She also prescribed medication without fully considering my situation, and after I stopped taking the biotin and retested, my numbers dropped dramatically. Despite the improvement, Dr. Chan was unavailable due to vacation and did not follow up or engage in a more thorough discussion. Instead of addressing my concerns holistically, she denied my surgery and seemed intent on prescribing unnecessary medication. Overall, I feel my time, the surgeon's time, and the surgical center's resources were wasted due to a lack of thoroughness and professional attention. I would not recommend Dr. Chan based on my experience.

This office is the most cordial and attentive doctors office in Rockland County New York They answer the phone always very obliging with making appointments and what ever you need they are there to help. I use Dr David Brogno who is extremely cordial and knows his profession never leaves any stone unturned when it comes to your heart I highly recommend him to anyone who really needs help with their heart problems and his nurses are so nice and friendly. The entire staff is so friendly and nice I highly recommend Columbia Doctors of Suffern ny located in Indian Rock

I've been going to miss practice for about 7 years. Doctor Beniaminovitz takes her time with you, explains everything, offers for support and encouragement, and takes her time to look at the medical documentation that you bring in. Thank you Dr B for a wonderful experience. I have referred many patients.

I have had the sincere pleasure of meeting Dr. Susel Rodriguez-Ortega. She specializes in Endocrinology and Metabolism. It was the BEST Experience. She was kind, thorough, knowledgeable and at the top of her game. She took the time to listen to me and wanted to find a reason for my troubles. It has been a very long time since I left a doctor office feeling hopeful and excited to finally have the answers that I had been searching many years for. I also found the office very friendly, welcoming and timely. Overall My experience was excellent. I would give this more stars if I could. Thank You Dr. Ortega

I had the absolute BEST experience with both Dr. Beniaminovitz. and the staff. Excellent service. Staff was very friendly. Office is spotless. Dr. Beniaminovitz expertise and compassion is gold standard. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Singh was the most obnoxious doctor that I have ever had the displeasure of going to. He didn't listen to my concerns. A total waste of time going to him and he gives a bad name to the practice that I have others been happy with for many years

New patient here, wait time on the phone to make an appointment was 45 minutes but they have a call back option so you don't have to sit and wait if you don't want to, so I was able to make an appointment pretty easily. Didn't wait long to go in once I got there. I saw Claire and she was super nice and very attentive to my issues. Nurse Amanda and Phlebotomist Valerie (I think) were also very sweet and friendly and made me feel welcome. They're very attentive to social distancing, masks, and hand sanitizer which made me comfortable being there. Overall a good experience.

My wife had an appointment scheduled 3 months ahead with Dr Qurashi. She even confirmed the appointment a week earlier. Then, 2 days before the actual appointment date, office cancel it on her and offers her a nurse practitioner or PA. This same issue happened in the past and she saw the PA. Therefore, my wife insisted to see Dr. The office offered her an appointment 2 months after. This happens every appointment. It seems like they want to promote business for other associates like Nurse practitioner and PA!!! But that's not what I made my appointment and it's my choice to see the Dr. They never honored my request to talk to the doctor as well!!!
