Dr. Zion hospital and Research Centre

Perfect location for a hospital. It's easily accessible. The place could do a whole lot better with daily cleaning and mopping. Canteen could do a lot better in terms of food varieties. Pharmacy operations could do a lot better too terms of speedy services. During rush hours it takes hours to collect medicine. Overall the hospital is sought after for having one of the best paediatric doctors.

Had a bad experience with a woman (seemed to be senior according to her age) sitting in sample collection room..need to get her attitude right if she has to work in hospital. Also need improve in communication skill.

I always had a very good experience with doctors from Zion hospital but recently i had to visit the hospital with emergency patient at night around 10pm and that night the doctor on duty(Dr.Piku) was very incooperative. She was half sleep and feels like she just wanted to sleep more. She was rude as well. As a family member of the patient we would appreciate doctors to be more cooperative and helpful cuz that little help and politeness makes the patient happy and that heals us.

Zero star because, Worse hospital ever. My loved one almost died there and is now in a very critical situation. It's not just facilities but even some doctors and nurses are very arogant and doesn't do their duties properly. Particularly day time Nurses appointed in the floor where room 209 is there. Those girls are full of atitude. They r not fit to be nurse. This hospital is not for patients with serious illness.lastly that ortho doctor who was on a leave we waited for ulike hell . If u go on leave like that for long what willbe the condition ofpatients who come to u .

The doctors are great but maintanence is not good some nurse are rude talking.. nurses should talk politely

Zion Hospital in Nagaland has a dermatologist with poor communication skills and a dismissive attitude. He gets irritated when asked for explanations about the causes of conditions, making the experience uncomfortable. Additionally, the nurses and front desk staff could benefit from better training in etiquette and customer service. I would advise caution when visiting.

Went for my mom's treatment back in 2022. The waiting time is too long and the ortho doctor needs to be patient and improve his listening skills to the concerns of the patients.

Rushed in emergency ward, waited for doctor nearly one hour, I don't know what kind of emergency is that where the patient have to wait for doctor nearly an hour..... After some few minutes asked water to just take one tablet, the sister in charge could have said politely, but instead told me to buy water from shop, I just wonder hospital without water for patients to take medicine in emergency.... The staffs are totally unprofessional, I feel the nurse should be humble, the case is different here. .. Sense of professionalism lack..... We are not here and we are not asking you guys to treat us for free of cost....i don't know who is incharge of hospital, whether there is HR or not not but if you're reading this kindly check the staffs, they are rude, toooo rude they don't know how to communicate with patients, lack of professionalism lacks.... Take this criticism in a positive manner to uplift the hospital, I'm a regular visitor, I'll be visiting again and again but please kindly work on the working staff especially nurses.
