My husband was diagnosed with stage 3 stomach cancer last year and underwent major surgery followed by 6 cycles of chemotherapy under the care of Dr Yepeto Lohe. Doctor Lohe was not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind, brave, compassionate and reassuring throughout my husband's treatment. The staffs were humble, compassionate, and supportive throughout- turning a difficult journey into one filled with hope. Today we are beyond grateful to say that he is now cancer free, with only minimal chance of it remaining. We consider it nothing short of a miracle, and we owe so much of that to the exceptional care we received here. Thank you Doctor Yepeto Lohe, the entire medical team, and Eden hospital for their dedication and humanity during this difficult time.

Some of the Section C nurses are very rude towards patient and attendants. We are deeply hurt by the behavior of the nurses. We have a serious patient and we are going through hard time for more than a month now and these nurses are rubbing salt to the wounds. If anyone of the section C nurses are reading this, please remember that in life, even you or your family will get sick and go for treatment. That time, if someone treats you with the same attitude, do remember how you use to treat your patients and try to be more polite and kind to the patients

Before visiting the hospital I searched for the reviews and read lots of negative comments but I was not convinced until last evening. I took an appointment for my relative to see the doctor from Delhi and saw the sisters in uniform as well as male staffs without uniform who is at the OPD desk has ZERO knowledge of front desk, totally unorganised, one guy was even chewing ghutka and calling out names. I wonder whether the authority is aware of such employees. I strongly suggest the concerned administration to strictly train them the WORK ETHICS. Gave 3 stars only for collaborating with doctors from BLK MAX hospital Delhi.

In my experience..... Though its a good medical facilities in town, but some how horrible for an out door patient specially if they are from different state.

This hospital need to improve alot. Patient has to wait hours for doctor checkup. Took two days for mere check up. Doctor Round should be done by 9a.m . Toilet is very unclean. Very disapointing experience.

The infrastructure is better compared to other hospitals. The best thing about this hospital is the Nursing Stations accessible for all wings. The nurses are friendly and well trained. The parking area is sufficient. The surroundings are clean. The Park is a great place to visit and chill especially for attendants staying for many days. The canteens have good food. The labs and staff rooms are well maintained. The pharmacy and dispensary both offer 24x7 service. The waiting lobby is comfortable. The services are accessible without confusing the patients about where to go. The balcony has waiting spaces and are always clean. Toilets are well kept and water is sufficient. The suites are very spacious for patients and multiple attendants as many as 4 can live with the patients. Doctors come and go at regular intervals and are kind to all in-patients. I'd recommend patients to choose Eden over other hospitals if they want a good hospital.
