I once had an eye check up, the audacity of the nurse was beyond my imagination I have never come across such a rude nurse. As I sat down she just pull my shawl which I had covered my head and pull at my mask very rudely and the Dr. Just kept on smiling. Thank god I prayed before I entered or the nurse would have gotten a tight slap from me for being so rude. I wonder why she opted for nursing when she should have been a bouncer.

The overall experience was good; however, as the saying goes, "where there is light, there is also shadow." My father was discharged on 15/07/2025 from the private ward under concession after five days of admission, and I wholeheartedly thank the doctors for their help. Upon discharge, the hospital staff had accidentally packed some medical equipment in our bag. I returned those items the next day to the nurses' room located in the private ward first floor. To my utter surprise, they neither acknowledged me nor expressed any thanks, which I found quite unprofessional and disappointing. Such basic courtesy and manners were sadly missing.

If you have a minor migraine and have all the time in the world and looking for a place to hang out and waste time then do come here. Date: 15th April 2025, time: 3.03pm. Waiting here since 10am in the morning without breakfast on an empty stomach for a simple ultrasound. I can feel for the senior citizen patients who are sitting here empty stomach for the past 4-5hrs. They are seriously understaffed and a single ultrasound doctor is running on fumes checking all these patients. It's not fair for the doc as well. Patients should be warned ahead that they are understaffed and should be given the option to go elsewhere and get the ultrasound done. If that was done even I would've get the ultrasound done elsewhere, would be done with the diagnosis and be sleeping peacefully at home and resting by now. This place will really break you and test your patience. (Run away before it's too late)

Had been residing here in Guest house since November 2024. My experience is quite good unlike the other reviewers. It all depends in our own experience. Everything had been good so far, the charity, the doctors and the staffs. I'm giving only 4 stars cause I had a bad experience in 1st floor private ward cause of nursing staff and meet one of the worst doctors in RT dept. Dr. Abigail Resu, so rude and demanding. She's like that strict principal that orders around, not a kind gesture from her. Truly dissatisfied

In the afternoon (on 2nd June) , I was in OPD billing section, specifically in B counter where I encountered a rude, unkind lady who really annoyed me. I hope they will be trained to behave well especially working in this kind of sector so that other people aren't affected by their rude behaviour.

The billing system is really irritating and frustrating. I'm extremely disappointed with the billing system. Furthermore, I'm also really disappointed that the hospital is asking for proof of payment after I've already paid for my appointment. It seems like an unnecessary step and a hassle. Can we streamline the process to avoid this in the future.

A very pathetic management in this Hospital and the token system for everything is time killing, the people sitting in billing works slower than a snail. Serious patients should avoid this Hospital. For a mere 5 minute appointment with doctors i was made to wait around 5 hours and also i see nepotism, patients having any relatives or family working in hospital gets to bypass of the token system easily.

The hospital maintains a clean environment however, there are some areas for improvement, including the waiting period caused by a high volume of patients due to lack of staffs.
