We have been visiting this hospital regularly for the past 2-3 months and truly appreciate the excellent medical care provided by the doctors and the overall cleanliness and facilities of the hospital. We also truly appreciate the nurses who have studied and worked hard to take care of the sick it's a respectable and selfless profession. However, we've noticed that some of the nursing and lab staff often speak to patient attendants in a rather rude and dismissive manner, even when approached politely for clarification or assistance. It is important to remember that many of the attendants are elderly or simply concerned family members trying to ensure the best care for their loved ones. A little patience, kindness, and respectful communication go a long way especially in a place dedicated to healing and compassion. Many people, including the elderly, wait since morning some even more than a day just to get reports or procedures done. They're already tired and anxious. When a nurse speaks harshly in such situations, it leaves a very negative impression. What should those people even think? Knowledge and experience are valuable, but they should be accompanied by humility and empathy. We sincerely hope that the hospital encourages its staff to treat all individuals with dignity, regardless of their background or understanding of medical procedures. Respect the people around you, and in return, the hospital will continue to earn the positive reputation it deserves. Ego and harsh behavior have no place in healthcare -- kindness and professionalism should always come first.

The Doctor are professional, attentive and provide excellent Care. I feel confident in their expertise.. we stay here almost a year, and visiting 4 to 5 times in a year. While some nurse were kind and helpful. A few were noticeable rude and lacked emphathy. This effect my overall comfort during the stay and visit.

Every area, from the waiting spaces to consultation rooms, reflected an organised and disciplined system of operation. The staff on duty, despite managing a substantial number of patients, remained attentive, cooperative, and conducted their responsibilities in a coordinated and professional manner. There was a visible effort to ensure that processes flowed smoothly, even during busy hours, which contributed to a sense of reassurance and structure within the premises. The nursing personnel were notably efficient and courteous, ensuring that patients and their attendants were appropriately guided through the required procedures and services. Directions regarding various basic amenities and diagnostic sections were offered proactively, contributing to an experience that felt both seamless and respectfully managed. In the imaging department, the ultrasonography was carried out by Dr. Limeka, whose approach was both calm and composed. Her conduct demonstrated a reassuring degree of professionalism and care. She also ensured that the patient was at ease, showing attentiveness through brief but considerate interactions. Dr. Ikheto, the consulting surgeon, conducted the clinical consultation with exceptional clarity and patience. His manner of communication was calm and thorough, taking time to provide explanations that were appropriately simplified without losing medical accuracy. The consultation was handled in a manner that reflected not only clinical expertise but also a structured and thoughtful approach to patient care. When compared with prior medical experiences elsewhere, where consultations often lacked comprehensive assessments and diagnostic follow-ups, the system here stood out for its commitment to thorough evaluation and proper guidance. Overall, the institution operates with a commendable standard of care, marked by professionalism, efficiency, and a well-integrated system of services.
Extremely Disappointed - Overpriced, Unnecessary Tests & Unprofessional Staff I would have given a negative rating if that were possible. Over the last 1-2 months, three of my close relatives visited this hospital, and all had the same experience -- unreasonably high charges, a string of unnecessary tests, and a clear focus on profit over patient care. What's worse, the behavior of both the nursing staff and doctors was completely unprofessional. A nurse couldn't even insert a cannula properly, causing avoidable pain. One of the consulting doctors was shockingly rude and dismissive, showing no concern for the patient's condition or questions. When we voiced our concerns, there was zero empathy or accountability from the staff or management. For a hospital that claims to offer premium healthcare, the reality was far from it. We expected care and compassion, but all we got were inflated bills and subpar service. I strongly urge others to get a second opinion before choosing this hospital -- especially if you value transparency, respect, and ethical treatment.
Pleased with the care at Olive Hospital. The doctors were professional, the staff attentive, and the facility clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciate how consistently clean the hospital is , it always makes the whole visit very comfortable . Overall, a good facility for attentive care.
Well the doctor was good and some nurse was polite. But receptionist was so arrogant and so much of attitude without any knowledge and manners. And also the pharmacy bill counter guy.he was seated like anything with ego n attitude. Same good for nothing.very unprofessional
Some nurse are so rude and attitude towards attendent they don't treat equally whatever rules are there follow equally with everyone not partial like seriously we saw with our own eyes they cannot say anything to some community even if they cover 2 3 bed and sleep, but us like if one person seat on empty bed also they shout at us we understand all these but all i want to say is treat equally because no one will come for free of cost everyone will pay according to their bill equally. But the doctor was so kind and helpful 3 for him!
I had come for my mother for check up for a stomach issue and was really satisfied by sonologist Dr Limika. She has done her work very well. I will be coming back to her again
