Dr. Nongstoin Civil Hospital

I have been hearing a lot of rumors that the nurse and doctor here they are very rude to the patient and I use to believe it until 21 March 2025 my wife was rushed to this hospital for deliveries my 1 born baby and with my experiences this is the best hospital that I ever experience so for all the staff both doctors and nurses are available 24 hour and the way they treat us they show love very supportive and very respectfull also and the way they rushed to my baby when I informed them that there is blood stain near the stomach was like wow 1st class respond and for all the family who were about to give birth I suggest you go for it don't believe the rumors about it and I want to thanks all the nurses and doctors and staff that are there for all the things that you've been done for my family thank you so much. And please keep doing the good things and treat others also just like you treated me thankyou and may God bless you all.

I haven't experienced any government hospital whose staff are active like this hospital. Nurses who are bearing duty at night are too polite and they don't sleep the whole night , means they are quite dutifully. Management is extremely good. Thanks to M.s. Dr. Z . Marak. Only one misbehave is patient party. Whenever I went to wash room, they never close water tapes. Humble appeal to the Government of Meghalaya to upgrade test facilities and other necessary infrastructure.

The Hospital is still lack of various tests, request the Govt.of Meghalaya to ensure that all kinds of tests should be there so that it would not put the rural poor patients in troubles.

People may say this and that, but the fact is, it is a great help especially for the poorer people of the District, who can't afford costlier private hospitals in Shillong.
