Dr. Prakriti Hospital

The rate card shown while admission and actual billing has huge difference. In terms of billing, pathology charges, diagnosis charges are charged at very high rate. If you want to do any diagnosis outside hospital I will recommend you go on your own. As the diagnosis centre has tie up with them and they don't reveal their charges as we directly go from hospital. I'll not recommend this hospital to any one just on the bed rates which they produce while admission. It seems like recovery of the amount is also difficult as they may come up with additional charges to nullify your amount. Very disappointed on account of billing and communication on billing. Administration department is of no use, no one from higher position/ responsible employee available to address any issue raised by the relative of the patient. It seems like the front desk staff has been given target to achieve business. Only for doctors I m giving 2 Stars, othervise I won't recommend this hospital to anyone. Take care and be safe.

Prakriti hospital is not hospital it's a team where you will be treated as a family member... Dr.prachi Gharat physiotherapist is treated well and guiding very well to me. The Best I can say a first hospital in Virar. Thanks Team Prakriti...

Insurer rejected the claim saying hospitalization was not needed... and to be honest, I agree with my insurer. I had to forcefully ask the doctor to let me out from the hospital after a few days of not knowing what's going on with the treatment i was receiving. I literally had to forcefully ask the nurse to remove the saline because there was 0 information provided on what kind of treatment is going on. The answer of what's going on was "let doctors do their job".. from doctor's assistant. The doctor assigned to me visited me on the first day for 2-3 minutes, the next i meet him was when i forcefully had to get a discharge. Doctor was happy to let me go after seeing the anger, if I had done this a day or two earlier, I'm pretty sure I could've saved a few thousands. Total cost: close to INR 38k for 4 days (I don't remember clearly) I'm going to update this review with the doctor's name when i look back my files and update with accurate information. When I say accurate, it'd definitely be much worse than what you read above. I'm underselling the bad experience I've had with this hospital. Update: I was apparently charged for a dietician's consultation, and guess what? I never met her.. neither did i get any food that was "specially made for me", everything was generic and it was clear that it was made for all other patients. I didn't want to rant about this but I see others mentioning this, so here we go

I recently had an experience at Prakriti Hospital, and while there are several positive aspects, there are also some areas that need improvement. + Positives: - The service provided by the nurses and ward staff (including the ward boys) was commendable. They were attentive, polite, and helpful throughout. - Some of the doctors here are truly exceptional, providing clear guidance and care during the treatment process. - The treatment itself was satisfactory, and I appreciate the efforts of the medical team. + Areas for Improvement: - There were a noticeable number of mosquitoes in the hospital premises, including the casualty room and deluxe rooms, which is a hygiene concern. - The discharge procedure took an unnecessarily long time, causing inconvenience. - The pharmacy service was the biggest downside of my experience. I had to wait for over 1.2 hours to receive just four medicines, which was frustrating and time-consuming. Overall, the hospital has potential, but addressing these issues--especially with hygiene, discharge processes, and pharmacy efficiency--will go a long way in improving the patient experience.
