Dr. Dr.Rao's Clinic ,Virar West

I lost my father due to this doctor's negligence in treatment. Despite my dad visited him regularly and consistently showing abnormal reports, the doctor failed to identify the underlying health issues until it was too late. What's worse, instead of acknowledging his mistake, he responded with a rude and uncaring attitude, showing no compassion for the patient whatsoever.

The doctor displayed an extremely unprofessional and rude attitude. I visited him with my mother to discuss her blood report, and instead of addressing the issue, he curtly insisted we book an appointment for another day. Despite my mother expressing that she was feeling dizzy, he recommended medication without conducting any proper check-up, which is highly irresponsible. While I understand the importance of following appointment protocols, my mother was ready to wait until he finished attending his prior patients. It would have been considerate and ethical for him to review her blood report in such circumstances. I am highly disappointed with this behavior and cannot recommend this doctor to anyone. Such lack of empathy and disregard for patient care is unacceptable.

Dr is nice but the staff is not understanding the patient problem bcz if patient suffer now so they want to take appointment on same day only not after 5 days. Today also i am explaining the same situation but still on the phone staff is forcing me to come down on monday bcz their is no slot available. So is this is a dr work is going on?? Is this is a way to handle the patient? And also on the phone the staff telling me " yaha par 5 din pehle hi appointment lena padta he nahi to dr milte nahi he" so their is no word like "emergency " in your clinic?? What a ridiculous staff i ever seen.. means patient get to know 5 days early that patient will fall in sick so patient will get appointment. Please take necessary action against it.

Doctors are very good but their staff does not give any kind of answer properly what to say when they talk so rotely Now when I called for an appointment, the lady spoke in such a way that she knew who she was and what she was going to say "What is the work? We don't know." The doctor has a request. Please pay attention to this.

The doctor is okay .but one major issue is the timings and the running of the clinic. Whenever appointments are taken there is always a delay and they don't understand that patients are not able to sit for long hours and are not well . Punctuality is absent and when questioned the staff just says ' yaha time lagta hai' no scope for improvement.would definitely suggest to look for some other doctors

This doctor has given prescription painkillers resulting in my moms ulcer burst and now critical ckd. Please do not go. Not recommended if you want a fake doctor throw money and get meds he's the one for you. No ethics in this quack doc.

Doctor is really nice in giving treatments and also knows how to to talk with patients. But the staff is very rude and don't know how to talk with patients and not at all cooperative. You have to take prior appointment before visiting. However even after taking the appointment you will have to wait for an about hour which actually annoying. Card payments are not acceptable here, which is also a negative point, you will have to carry cash with you.

My experience with Dr.Rao's clinic at Virar is Good. Dr. Vinay Rao is a very busy doctor but they have a knack for treating the patient well.He is good doctor with amazing diagnostic & clinical skills. My mother has been a patient of this doctor for the last 22 years. She always said that she is living a bonus life,all the credit goes to Dr. Vinay Rao.His appointments are always full,as he is a smart & expert doctor in Virar.We must understand this too.He is fully dedicated to his profession. I have also been receiving treatment from dentist Dr. Priya Rao for the last 14 years.Doctor madam is calm, loving & skillful.She gives proper treatment. The staff is cooperative. It is my wish that they will continue to provide good service to the patients.
