My father-in-law was admitted in an emergency, and the hospital staff immediately sprang into action, starting treatment without any delays. The paperwork and other formalities were handled smoothly, ensuring a stress-free process for us. The doctors are highly experienced and compassionate, providing not just medical care but also emotional support. They instill hope and boost morale, which makes a huge difference in the healing process. The staff is incredibly attentive and professional, always ready to assist. The hospital is spotlessly clean, and the patient records are managed digitally, ensuring seamless care. I'll mannered, unorganised staff!! Doctors arrive late that is somewhat barearable as the treatment is very good but meanwhile the doctor arrive, its very difficult to wait as there is limited sitting, patient relatives occupied seats for long time and new patients had to stand the management had turned blind eye on such basic requirement. Staff is least bothered towards waiting patient, the least is expected from them when the doctor arrives at least make some arrangements to send patient one by one, no one is standing outside doctor room resulting chaos and patient arguing between themselves to get inside first. When asked the lady receptionist she respond very rudely. (Not mentioning her name purposely as this feedback is on the entire management and thier system) I hope hospital management take a note on this entire affire and make our life easy.

I was admitted to Maxilife Hospital Neuro Criticare and Research Center in a critical condition, but thanks to the expert care I received, my recovery was smooth and reassuring. Dr. Gupta and Dr. Agrawal provided exceptional treatment with great professionalism and dedication. The entire medical team, including all the nurses and RMOs, were highly attentive, compassionate, and efficient throughout my stay. Maxilife - A Hospital where I was admitted for 6days. 5days proper and one day delay from team for discharge. But it's totally fine. I went there to get admitted as I was suffering from viral fever. And they handled it very smoothly. Kya hua kaise hua wo to sab thik hai. Wo mere se better writers ne yaha par review likha hai. But I would like to write every individual person from Doctors to Sisters and other helping staffs. I will start with Nurses. They are the first person who starts treating you. 1. Mrunali Sister 2. Ruchita Sister 3. Dhanashree Sister 4. Sakshi Sister RMO Naman Tripathi Vinayak Tiwari Ajay Shubham Mishra Billing and Acount Abhishek (the true Gentle man.) who did my cashless claim very effortlessly. And at last the Genius Dr. Gupta ji. Fun part is there is one Dietician who will suggest you some generic diet which is universally known. And then she charged her fees unknowingly which was not claimed in insurance. Discharge process is slow. Baki overall best hospital. Amazing Doctors Directors team staff. Best Nurses. Very humble very respectful.
