Dr. KIMS Hospitals, Thane | Best Multi-Speciality Hospital in Thane

Massive size hospital with very systematically organised sections . Seating area for patients is extremely huge to avoid clutter . Staff is extremely polite and courteous guiding patients to OPD , reception , emergency . Since it is part of chain of popular chain of KIMS hospitals from south of India , you can expert high calibre of doctors . With the location and services offered , it should surely become a reference hospital in Thane area . So far have met a cardiologist and some junior doctors and experience has been good . Once concern is the parking space which needs to be seen how it will be managed once patients increase .

I had very bad experience at KIMS Hospital thane. My mother had a stomach infection. Once we reached there it was welcomed at reception later it took one and half hour to reach at general ward unless treatment started much later. Administrative process is lengthy and time consuming. Admin staff is lack of empathy towards patient. My mother was waiting for urgent treatment but most time wasted in procedures. Admin staff is conufused not focused busy talking on phone. No network coverage at admin office. I had to come out from that area for online payment. Nurses helpers are unaware of Automation panels installed inside ward. Overall i will avoid KIMS hospital

We chose 999/- health checkup package at the newly opened KIMS hospital in Thane. Ms.Shivani & her team was very kind and cooperative with our entire process and follow ups. Overall a wonderful experience.

KIMS hospital(Thane Branch) is just 2months old and there is still some room for improvement, but full marks for their efforts and dedication. For me and my family, KIMS hospital means Dr. Mrinal Prakash(Orthopedic). During our Hyderabad trip my aunt broke her femur bone and was in tremendous pain. Dr Mrinal came in like a friend whom we never knew or met. Right from diagnosis, to explanation, to operation, to post surgery support, to until recent follow up visit at KIMS Thane, he has been a thorough professional. He has always been available on calls, throughout the clock and is always best at pacifying and easing pressure. He has remarkable patience. My Aunt is in safe hands. We are ever grateful to Dr. Mrinal Prakash

Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and negligent service at KIMS Hospital, Thane (Hiranandani Estate). After my consultation on 28th June 2025, I was advised to get an endoscopy and some tests done. Despite following all instructions and completing the required blood tests, I faced repeated issues while trying to schedule the endoscopy. I made multiple calls on 18th July, but the hospital staff kept delaying and never called back as promised. No updates, no response -- just complete indifference. It's alarming how careless the coordination and patient handling are, especially from a reputed hospital. If this is the treatment before a procedure, I worry about the care during one. Very poor experience.

The staff is very cooperative, polite. The management processes are very slow but the doctors, nurses are experienced and treated my father. Overall it is a good hospital and can be trusted because of good doctors. They understand the issues and accordingly give the treatment. The in-house cafeteria is very bad. You have to rely on outside food. The sandwich from the waiting area was very bad (cheese chutney sandwich) bcz of foul smell i had to throw the sandwich.

Great facility, supportive staff and very well co-ordinated. Most Doctors that we had consulted gave sufficient time hearing concerns, assessing and offering advice. Overall a great experience at KIMS.
