Dr. Highland Super Speciality Hospital

Very well managed super speciality hospital here at Dhokali Kolshet road Thane. Hospital is well equipped for neurology and neurosurgery, gynaecology, paediatric, knee replacement along with high end critical care. Doctors are well professional along with supporting staff.TPA team and nursing team are really helpful. They have medical store inside the hospital so one don't needs to rush to somewhere else for medicine. Hospital is kept clean and have all necessary requirements.

I had to rush to Highland Hospital in Thane due to severe stomach pain. Unfortunately, my experience over there was extremely disappointing. Despite being in visible distress, no one attended me initially. It was only after repeated requests that I was finally moved to the emergency ward. The treatment in the emergency room was far from professional. The staff appeared completely uninterested and were literally sleeping during duty hours. I was put on IV drips, but there was no proper monitoring or follow-up. We had to constantly call for attention, but the staff clearly prioritized their rest over patient care. To make things worse, even after multiple follow-ups, the hospital did not provide us with the final bills and receipts. Overall, it was one of the worst hospital experiences I've had. Definitely not recommended for anyone seeking timely and responsible medical care.

My mother was admitted with COPD in consultation with Dr. C. R. Tiwari (Brain & Neuro surgeon). She was given the best treatments. All treating Drs appreciated for their best medical practices. Beside few coordination lapses between RMOs and Path lab for the diagnosis of the patient. Sanitisation hygein remain most satisfactory. Post discharge further cooperation with regards to test etc also remain good. Lady admin Bhavika Sharma was always lended helping hand. Dr. Manoj Maske (Pulmnologist) Dr. Pankaj Patil (Cardiologist) are thanked for their visit to ICCU as second opinion. Dr. Tejas Ghude's medical concern and discussion with us appreciated. We admitted my cousin here due to a fracture. The hospital maintains excellent cleanliness and hygiene which is commendable. However one area that definitely needs improvement is staff coordination. Getting help from rmo, nurses or attendants was a bit of a struggle--we had to ask multiple times before receiving assistance. The internal communication between the staff seems quite complicated, and that creates challenges for patients and their families. That said, a big shoutout to Dr. Balashaheb Chavan (Orthopedic) for his outstanding care. He made it a point to explain every step of the process thoroughly which really put us at ease. His approach was reassuring and professional. Overall, a clean and reliable hospital, but the management should work on better internal coordination.

I'm truly thankful to Highland Hospital for the exceptional care provided to my mother. The hospital is extremely clean and well-maintained, with staff who are both professional and compassionate. A heartfelt thanks to Dr. Sushil Dubey, who performed a highly complex surgery with great skill and care--his expertise gave us immense comfort during a very stressful time. We're grateful she was in such safe hands. I'd also like to appreciate Mr. Dinesh from the administrative team, whose support and efficient coordination made the entire process smooth and worry-free. Highland Hospital sets a high standard in both medical care and patient service. Highly recommended.

I admitted in Highland hospital under Dr rujuta patil(gyn). She is very supportive Doctor. 3rd month of my pregnancy some critical situation ma'am always support 'don't worry sab acha hoga'. Ma'am always guide best treatment she is not only doctor she is also god. I'm very thankful to u rujuta ma'am for always support any guidance to me . She is best gynecologist in Thane thanks to Dr Rupali chavan ma'am she is very kind doctor always guide and nursing staff and HK staff is also kind thanks to all Highland hospital. My father was admitted for right sided weakness and slurred speech under Dr Tiwari in highland hospital.Dr Tiwari started treatment immediately. My father got better under his care. I am very happy with his treatment and hospital staff. We were given great care in this hospital by nursing and other staff.

I had an excellent experience at Highland Hospital. Dr. Tejas Ghude took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. The facilities were reasonably clean.
