He takes the time to explain everything clearly, listens with genuine concern, and treats every case with meticulous care and attention. We were there for my mons angioplasty It's rare to find a doctor who balances technical brilliance with such humanity. Dr. Shifa her commitment to patient care is evident, and I am grateful for the positive impact she has had on my mom's health. Dr Shifa is a valuable asset to any medical team, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who is both competent and compassionate. RMO Afreen was always attentive and proactive, ensuring all medical procedures were followed correctly. She took time to explain my mom's condition and treatment options clearly, which helped ease a lot of my anxiety. What stood out the most was her calm demeanour during critical situations and her ability to coordinate effectively with the nursing and specialist teams. Worst OPD Experience - Disorganized and Unfair System GHC Hospital in Kausa, Mumbra seriously needs to revamp its outpatient (OPD) registration and token system. The entire process is chaotic and lacks any proper structure or transparency. There's no clear priority given to old or previously registered patients. Anyone can walk in and get seen regardless of the token system, making it unfair for those who arrive early or have been under regular treatment. It seems like the hospital staff are either unaware of or unconcerned with following a proper queue, allowing selective entries that disrupt the flow and purpose of the token system entirely. This not only wastes time but creates unnecessary confusion, especially for elderly patients and those relying on local access to medical care. What's worse, this flawed handling feels less like mismanagement and more like a deliberate practice that supports their internal agenda. If you care about your time, dignity, and proper care -- especially if you're an old patient -- this hospital may disappoint you. Urgently needs intervention and better management! @ GHC Hospitals

The hospital staff is excellent--very active and supportive. The environment is pleasant, and the doctors are professional and experienced. The billing team is helpful, and the security staff is vigilant and attentive. Overall, I had a positive experience. Thanks Nitesh and Vishal for the support. Good reception and handled emergency every well, however management is very poor and it takes 4 hrs to discharge and settle bills. Discharge summary was also prepared wrongly which was corrected after objections raised and it took time to correct discharge paper. Billing was also wrong and on point out they reduced the bill but still charged more wrongly. Here there is no option , hence we go in emergency during night. Canteen facilities are not upto standard. Limited items available , and whatever is displayed , not available. One should go only in extreme rare cases ...

We have admitted to GHC hospital for birth delivery for 4 days of time, where we experienced home like services throughout the day like Feeding baby, Nursing, cleaning and patient care , availability of staff on time, best food on time as per the Nutritionist, Treatment & Services are the one of the best in affordable prices. However all documentation process are pretty faster and smooth in terms of any comparative hospital services. I had an outstanding experience at GHC Hospital. Everything was excellent--from the admission process to the overall patient care. The ICU care, in particular, was exceptional.
