Dr. Bethany Hospital

I have very worst experience with Bethany hospital. My mother operated for sigmoid colon resection surgery. Post surgery she got infected at surgery site in this situation doctors given discharge and advised to manage dressing at home. They didn't given attention to infection post surgery and owing to that within week time my mother passed away due to medical negligence. I am ready to share all reports whoever wants to verify.

My husband got his Cataract surgery done at Bethany Hospital. We had a very good overall experience. Wanted to call out Dr.Hemant Sankpal for managing the entire process in a very seamless manner with us. He explained everything properly at the outset and helped us understand all the aspects and cost. We also got the feeling that the surgery was also done very well. The approach of service and healing is higly appreciative of Bethany hoapital. Our sincere thanks to the entire team and doctors.

Had a very good experience with Dr Hemant Sankpal for my mother's cataract surgery recently.Got the surgery done for both eyes in just 2 weeks time in a very planned way. Thanks to the hospital and the Doctor both for a smooth and hassle free execution.

I had a great experience with my mom's cataract surgery at Bethany Hospital, with Dr. Hemant Sankalp. Dr. Hemant Sankalp was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure clearly.I highly recommend this doctor for cataract surgery.The surgery was quick and painless.I felt well-supported throughout the entire process.

Unfortunately, there is no option to give a rating of less than 1 or I would have chosen that. I and my family members got my grandmother to the hospital in an emergency as she had a fall. We are extremely disappointed with the service we received and I would like to highlight a few key points: 1. I think the biggest problem with this hospital is that they don't seem to understand they are dealing with human beings. All the nurses and staff seem untrained, inexperienced and disinterested. 2. The call button in the ward was of no use as the nurses never came even after repeated calls. Basic things like giving medicines and changing diapers were delayed and caused a lot of distress to us. 3. The nurse would barge in our room every 5-7 mins with some issue due to which my grandmother spent sleepless nights for a week. 4. The RMO also looked inexperienced and unwilling to work. 5. The orthopaedic surgeon Dr. Aditya was good and spoke well. He was the only reason we decided to stay in the hospital. 6. If a patient has an injury in the hip area then one should be careful while shifting the patient to another bed or changing sheets but the staff handled her very roughly due to which her pain increased a lot. I was shocked to see the physiotherapist was also unable to handle the patient. All physiotherapists looked like interns which is not expected in a private hospital. Overall, I would not recommend this hospital unless they improve their services, particularly staff training. I hope my feedback will be considered and positive changes will be made.

Lost my father here 4 months ago, I am still traumatised for choosing this hospital for him...even the person who recommended us this place regrets recommending this place. My mother has lost faith in hospitals and doctors. Unnecessary surgery was done claiming that there is a threat to patients life but after the surgery they explained they were wrong and it wasn't even necessary. After which he didn't speak a word or moved his body for 5 days and we lost him. They just care for money and to keep their hospital neat and clean, My mother wishes the same to the doctors and the people involved in this.

My mother-in-law was admitted to Bethany Hospital a couple od days ago for her Mastectomy surgery. Many thanks to Dr Stephen Alfred for performing the surgery successfully. Very genuine surgeon. Softspoken & polite. Highly appreciated. All the nursing & the ward staff is very humble & cooperative. I wish them all the very best n may they continue with excellent services in future. Thank you Dr Stephen & the team.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at Bethany hospital. Dr. Stephen Alfred is extremely unprofessional and doesn't know how to communicate with patients properly. The nursing staff is no better, there are serious concerns about them stealing medicine at night. To make matters worse, the hospital appoints trainee nurses who are visibly sick, including those with fevers, putting patients at risk. The billing system is a complete scam. They initially provided an estimate of 84,000 but ended up charging 2,00,000 with no proper explanation. This place is highly unorganized, unethical, and unsafe. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this hospital if they care about their health, families health and finances.
