Extremely poor experience with the hospital staff, including brothers and nurses. They were inattentive and uncaring towards patients. I would strongly advise against visiting this hospital..... Extremely disappointing experience with the hospital's housekeeping staff (Mauvashi). They were uncooperative and unprofessional. Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned, which was unacceptable. Overall, a very poor experience... Am suggest to hospital please check every review & Try to change everything as possible soon...

Well mentained and clean hospital, parking is huge.

Very bad experience. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. As soon as we informed them about the discharge, they completely stopped providing proper service. No one came to clean the room, and even basic care like dressing was neglected. Felt like a complete money-making setup with no concern for patient care.

Good hoapital with all types or facility. Very specious and having all types of doctors and consultants.having indore and outdore patients facility. Neat and clean HOSPITAL. Staff is also good and polite, healpful.Their is no proper provision for ICU attandens's seating and sleeping space, no proper toilet and urinal.

Hospital Not provide Patient original bill with invoices and added fake amount of bill. Only provide this type of bill Only 3 days bill Disease Only Fever.

All the staff in hospital is having full of attitude. They think they are working in a government office or mantralaya. Lower level staff ( security guards, nurses)Everyone is rude. Where ever you go in hospital there is no silence at all. Security guards are full shouting at patients relatives. Near ICU, security guards behave like anything, shouting, giving bad words. And filling the form ( taking admission ) is compulsory here. Without form they are not touching the patient also. Even though they have room. They always say they are shortage of rooms. Then we have to call the board of directors for getting room. Then due to pressure they give room. Please change this system.

The worst ever hospital I have ever seen in my life. Terrible experience, Hostile attitude of staffs and doctors. Juniors and senior doctors are equal harassers. They will harass you in trouble and emergency, will extort money by all means and highly unethical attitude towards patients. Strongly recommend NOT to visit this hospital, particularly in emergency or be ready to get the worst result... It is counted in Worst category.. All are old aged 50+ yr people at desk n case paper.. Don't care about patient. Even they do not have proper doctor info.. Thr were few medical neglegency incidents which reported media. Won't recommend. Save ur lives.. 45 mins for just case paper. Poor management . Pls find attached cashless claim draft by Dr Poredi . Rs 60k is just for Cataract surgery where if u opt for in cash only 20k a surgery cost package . It's open loot ..

Hospital administration is tough skinned. If patient is admitting under cashless facility, you couldn't get pre-authorization in next 3-4 days. You all need to take continuous follow up from Insurance company and from Hospitals Cashless department. They start skimming you till you become cream less. They will immediately start treatment according to Cashless Protocol, where you unnecessarily advice costly diagnostics. If by God gress patient's Insurance company accepts treatment cost then it's hospitals benefit, if not then you will have to bear the cost. boNs dono meN hoNspittl kaahii phaaydaa... Treating doctors take every efforts to treat patients to recover from sickness as soon as possible, but hospital administration takes much more efforts to loot you, torture you, and disturb you mentally and physically... Be aware with reckless, harsh hospital administration. Truely tough and rough skinned useless administration and their staff...
