Dr. Sims Hospital Satana

my brother has been admitted to this hospital for a several days now and what we experienced is that the couple of staff in here are very rude. it's 2 am right now and loud construction is going on just outside our executive room door, when we complained about it they told us to change room. i do hope they improve themselves in future.

The staff needs to be more polite towards patients, sometimes due to some mistakes or missbehave definitely helping maligning hospital's image.other all things are good but need to have proper management....
