The staff was warm, friendly, and very prompt in assisting me through each step of the process. From the receptionist to the lab assistants, everyone was courteous and well-informed, which made the entire checkup smooth and stress-free. They had also arranged breakfast for patients, which is a thoughtful gesture. However, there's room for a bit of improvement in this area--the serving plates looked slightly shabby, and the watermelon was not covered, which could be more hygienically handled. That said, the quality of service and the professionalism of the staff truly stood out. I appreciate their support and care throughout the checkup. Kudos to the Sahyadri Hospital team!

Consultation Feedback: However, the doctor consultation could have been better. Did not engage much during the consultation. Instead of having a two-way discussion, I was simply asked if I had any current health issues, without any proactive questions or explanation about my test results. I was expecting a more thorough interaction--perhaps a discussion about the findings, preventive measures, or any lifestyle advics.

Visited for a medical checkup today and had a good experience. The hospital is clean and well-organized. Staff were very cooperative, guiding me smoothly through all the tests. Food arrangements were good--adding fruits or sandwiches would be a nice touch. Seating near the X-ray/sonography rooms would be helpful (even outside if needed), and a small changing box or corner inside diagnostic rooms would improve privacy.
