As usual this time also Ruby Hall clinic treated one needy patient very well and covered in charity scheme . The patient was seeking help for medical assistance since last year, basically patient belongs to Tal.Bhudargad Dist Kolhapur, hence meets health minister and after that me, suddenly I approached to Ruby hall , M.D.Dr. Prasad Muglikar sir, PRO Mrs.Punam chauhan mam, Mrs. Bhavika mam , Mrs.Sunita Dolas mam , Mrs. Nancy mam, They suggested Doctor Kendre sir . As per Surgeon Dr. Kendre sir , surgery was very difficult, but after taken initiative by above said team, Dr.Kendre sir successfully did the complicated surgery, and since last 2 weeks endless efforts by entire team , like ,Dr.Muglikar , Mrs.Bhavika, Mrs Punam chauhan ,Dr.Kendre , Dr.Shubham , patient's surgery wound totally healed and patient got discharged happily , satisfaction of his relief of pain cleary seen his glowy eyes, the team nor did only surgery but given pain relief life forever to patient. Once again I m very much thankful above mentioned team, Mrs.Bhavika mam personally handled said patient since admission to his discharged, many times I bothered Mrs.Punam chauhan mam for surgery date , special thanks you both. 4 lakhs surgery done in charity bcoz patient can't afford such amount ,not financially strong enough. And after all Mr.Parwez Grant sir always keeps support, whenever I brought patient for medical assistance, sir always said ,"Bhai tu bolana ho gaya , kar denge ,tension mat le " That line shows courtesy and care of poor patients, Thank you so much Mr. Grant sir for your kind support. If possible, plan your visit during a weekday for a smoother experience. 2. Dedicated Building: Building No. 5 is exclusively allocated for health checkups and visa medicals, which helps in streamlining the process. 3. Report Availability: Reports are sent via email on the same day, which is convenient. However, for a hard copy and doctor consultation, you will need to revisit the facility after two days. 4. Doctor Consultation: The doctor consultation experience could be improved. The doctor doesn't spend enough time addressing patient concerns and may not listen to queries properly. 5. I was charged extra fees simply because I am white, which is discriminatory and unacceptable. I spent two terrible nights there -- no rest at all, staff entered the room every 45 minutes, even during the night, just to change bins or do unnecessary tasks. They even woke me up at 6:30 AM to change the bedsheets. I felt completely disrespected. Even though I was feeling much better, they refused to let me leave and made me wait 5 hours to discharge. I wasn't even allowed to go outside for fresh air. It felt more like a prison than a hospital. Would not recommend this place, especially for foreign patients expecting proper and humane care.

Here's my detailed feedback: Insurance Process is a Nightmare: The estimation shared before admission was completely false and misleading. After the surgery, the final bill was shockingly high, far beyond the original estimate. When we asked for justification, the staff gave vague or no proper responses, behaving as if it's routine to overcharge. The insurance team is not supportive at all -- they just push paperwork and leave patients and families confused and stressed. Admission & Front Desk Staff are Extremely Rude: There's zero empathy or cooperation from the admission staff. Instead of helping, they talk in an arrogant and careless tone. No proper communication or updates are given throughout the process. Doctors & Management Seem Money-Focused: Felt like everything is business-driven here. No proper post-operative guidance or emotional support from doctors. You're just a "case" or "billing number" to them. Only Positives: The nursing staff is polite, attentive, and genuinely cares about the patient. The canteen staff was also humble and supportive, helping patients and relatives whenever needed. Conclusion: If you value clarity, empathy, and honest medical treatment -- please think twice before choosing Ruby Hall, Sassoon Road. Except for nurses and canteen staff, the rest of the system feels commercialized and unkind. They'll drain your mental peace along with your money

Ruby is one of the biggest multi speciality hospitals in Pune. We have visited this hospital for out family members and for different treatment. Pros - - Convenient location, next to Metro station - Technology - best in Pune - One place for all treatments - Reputed senior doctors - Established procedures - All pathology tests and scanning available - Tie-up with major insurance companies and cashless facilities available. Cons - - It's always crowded and private room bed availability is subjective - Parking is big pain for visitors and attendant - It costlier hospital - We have experienced some maintenance issues in private room and staff wasn't prompt to resolve it

Ruby Hall Clinic - Sassoon Road Honestly, the worst hospital experience of my life. If your loved one is in good condition and you take them here, there's no guarantee they'll come back the same--or come back at all. Because of your so-called trained nurses, I lost my younger one. For you it may be a case, or just a shift, but for us...it was everything. Don't run a hospital like a damn business and stop playing with people's lives. If you're charging so much money, then at least hire properly trained nurses. It's easy for you to call it a "mistake" but for us, it changed our whole world. My younger one went in smiling and healthy, and what we got back was pain, regret, and a lifetime of loss. The staff is extremely rude and insensitive. Families are already under stress, and if someone buys medicines from outside to save a little money, they start treating them badly. Do you even understand that saving 10 matters to people during tough times? Your staff has zero empathy. While families were crying, your team was standing nearby laughing at stupid jokes. Yes, it's your workplace, but at least respect the pain around you. @Ruby Hall management: If you have even a little humanity left, train your staff properly. And to anyone thinking of taking their loved ones to Ruby Hall please think twice. Think ten times. If you truly care about them, please be careful before choosing this hospital.
