The main door security targeted the people and intestinally torture to the relative and asking to get out from the hospital. She don't have basic manners how to treat people. She is shouting on people for no reason. Hospital don't have any facility for where people can do breakfast or lunch. We have came here for follow up visit and our patient have diabetic so she give fasting blood and she needs do breakfast so for that we have keep his security chair out side to the hospital waiting area for put pleat on it so she shout on us why you are taking my chair. She is not to seat on chair. If any patient need chair We are coming here for consultation not to listen her argument. Also she is not wearing mask properly and ask people to use mask or go out of the hospital My suggestions management should take strict action against her

Doctors are good and professional especially Dr. Sayyad ma'am. I have only concern about Cateen staff. The rates are little high. The person named "Balram" takes advantage of relatives of patients by demanding extra money. Since at first day I am new here, so I asked him for bhaji wati only; I am in hurry so I didn't see the price list of their. So the price is of 25 for bhaji wati but he told me it's of 60 . So when I asked him for why it's too expensive so he replied okay give 50 . So, he take 25 extra from me. Very insensitive people of canteen staff except a good guy named "Samarth". Also the security guard named "Sachin Jadhav" is a very rude person and arrogant person; other security guards like "Ashwini Mule, Anwel, Dnyaneshwar & Rahul" are good & polite person.

Welcome to Dr Ranjit Jagtap's RMDH Heart Hospital where patient goes through worst possible post surgery care ,infected patients with all possible ICU infections and only life gets saves at the blessings of God. If you are planning to do Heart surgery and want to save patients life, save patient from ICU torture post surgery then do it at any other hospital. If you want successful surgery torture the patient, burn money, torture whole family and dead patient then do it from this hospital. All the Best!

I recently took my father for treatment at Ram Mangal Heart Foundation and we're thoroughly satisfied with the care. The hospital environment is neat and calm, and the process was seamless from diagnosis to discharge. Dr. Jagtap and his team are brilliant, very humble and approachable. Definitely a 5-star experience.

Ram Mangal Hospital is a disgrace to healthcare. The staff is incompetent, hygiene is nonexistent, and the building feels like an abandoned site. Every patient and relative we saw left with infections. They are completely unequipped to handle multi-organ issues -- they didn't even have a CT scan machine and told us to move our critical patient elsewhere. Specialists were "called" but never came. We were literally told "the neurologist isn't answering the phone." The surgeon we dealt with was irresponsible and shady, clearly more interested in money than treatment. It felt like a scam from start to finish. Dr. Ranjit Jagtap might have a name, but this hospital should be shut down immediately.

My experience with Ram Mangal Heart Foundation has been nothing short of incredible. My father underwent a bypass surgery under the care of Dr Ranjit Jagtap and we were thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism and compassion displayed by the entire hospital staff. From the moment we entered the environment felt calm, clean and well organized.

I had a very disappointing and tragic experience at Ram Mangal Heart Foundation under the care of Dr. Ranjit Jagtap. My father's condition was stable before the surgery, but serious complications arose during the procedure. Unfortunately, Dr. Jagtap was the only senior doctor involved, and most of the ICU staff appeared to be trainees with very little experience. There was no expert supervision or proper support given to us as the patient's family, even when the situation worsened. Sadly, my father passed away just four days after the surgery, which we believe was due to the negligence of the doctor and hospital staff. I strongly advise others to consider more reputable hospitals such as Ruby Hall, Deenanath Mangeshkar, or other multi-speciality hospitals. In my opinion, RMD Hospital is more focused on making money than providing proper care. Hygiene standards were also very poor. Please think twice before choosing this hospital for critical treatments.

I'm very Much Thankful to Dr. Ranjit Jagtap and his team for giving My Mother Best Medical treatment [ Re Do Heart Valve Replacement]. Everyone in Hospital from Security till High level management are well Discipline, Polite and Familiar with regards to Patients Safety n Security. Note : A Small suggestions for Billing Section. Everything thing Is Good but Small Request Please provide bill a prior day of Discharge Since the people sometimes make arrangements upto the estimation, If you provide final bill on date of Discharge sometimes it makes difficult to arrange the Money.
