I had a very good experience at Om Heart Care, whom I visited for the treatment of my father's heart blockage. Dr.Priya successfully performed a heart surgery for him and managed to get rid of all the blockages, relieving him of this issue. I am very thankful to her. Very rude behaviour of the lady who takes appointment on calls. Called to take appointment of Dr Priya palimkar on 30th sept around 8 pm for 2nd Oct. The lady said you need to call on 1st oct between 4-5 pm ONLY to take appointment for the 2nd. She couldn't take appointment then. Called on 01 st oct around 1.30pm she said appointment is not available for 2nd Oct. You need to come on 3rd. So if she could have taken my request on the 1st call itself wouldn't it have been better? Why such a behaviour as if we can't go to other hospital and this is the only option we as a patient have ? This is not the first time I have observed such a rude behaviour of reception staff at om heart and eye clinic
