Dr. Devi Ratna Multispeciality Hospital in Wadgaon Sheri &Viman Nagar -Gynaecologist, Orthopaedic, General&Laparoscopic Surgery

I would never recommend this hospital. It is a very poorly managed facility with the worst service. The staff, including the doctors, behave rudely, and no one provides proper care. They are only focused on generating bills. There is no cleanliness, the ICU lacks basic facilities, and no proper doctors are available. The behavior of the entire staff is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Devi Ratna Hospital is good location area. and good services all daignos in one room, orthopedics,Medicine, gynaecologist,radiology, surgeon and any more this Hospital , helping dr and Hospital staff behavior is good. I recommend this Hospital always.. thanks Devi Ratna Hospital

One of the worst hospitals, there is no proper facilities and they charge you like 5 start hotel stay. Insurance team is not trained to handle patient of cashless claim due to which ultimately I had to pay from my pocket . They charge you to swipe the credit card. No well trained doctors.. for one 10 mins specialist visitation they charge 4.5 k who didn't even suggest the proper treatment.

Devi ratn hospital is another one best choice suggested by top orthopedic surgeon dr.atish rapartivar sir. Dr.vijay bhalerao sir and and his all staff taking lots of efforts, I done my mom's total knee replacement surgery in this hospital and i am fully satisfied with treatment.

Now I know why people beat doctors. Had the worst unprofessional experience there. Met an accident on night of 9th may, as bike has skidded Asked them to do dressing of a wound on knee, but they have charged extra money like 1000 for night charge for doctor consultation even without any doctor present there. Even about the stitches they asked for 500 per stitches, I mean seriously, around 2k for stitches. They even charged 500 for the dressing of the wound. When asked about these extra charges the receptionist and staff started showing attitude. The first basic human thing is empathy, that they are missing. Next day went to another hospital, those guys opened dressing and found road stone in the skin still intact. Here guys are idiots and unprofessionals. Being overcharging is one thing, but leaving the road stone pieces in skin after dressing is unacceptable. Doctors were considered second after god, now after visiting this facility I know why people beat them. Here first image of the bill and second and third are from injured knee from other hospital, where they tore the skin and found the stones in the wound.

Staff is very supportive and active. Place is also clean and disturbance less. Cleaning 5/5 Staff 4.5/5 Response from Doctor 4.5/5 Medical store and their response - 5/5

Overall nice hospital, I came to this hospital because of ashish shrivastava sirhe is the only reason I choose this hospital. He is the best seurgon i have even met in my life.this 5 star rating only for ashish sir..... But this hospital needs improvement specially in case of nurses......but hygiene is 5 star....

Hospital deserves 4.5 stars but the pharmacy deserves 2 stars, I was treated by Dr. Vijay bhalerao Sir he treated me well the surgeon was also very humble treatment goes all good, Pharmacy named Priyanka Medical was very pathetic as the patient is admitted to their hospital they even don't have the trust also they are very expensive and they torcher to make the payment on time even patient is there. Just because of pharmacy we got frustrated the girls working in pharmacy was polite but they can't do anything stating that they can't break their rules..
