I came to this hospital by coincidence, but now I know it was the best decision I could have made. Every moment here was filled with reassurance, care, and expert guidance. The treatment journey was incredibly smooth and completely hassle-free - including the insurance claim of all which was handled seamlessly. The entire staff was warm and supportive, the nursing team was exceptionally attentive, and the doctors were truly outstanding. I'm genuinely grateful for the care I received. By far the cleanest Hospital in Pune.

Not Recommended - Poor Doctor Availability and Inadequate Care I received treatment at Synergy Heart Institute and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hospital for any kind of medical care. One of the major issues is that no doctor is consistently available at the hospital. Most doctors appear to be running their own private clinics nearby and only visit the hospital for 1-2 hours a day. As a result, patients are left primarily in the hands of inexperienced nursing staff for the majority of the time. This lack of proper medical supervision raises serious concerns about the quality and safety of patient care provided here. If you're looking for a hospital where doctors are regularly present and engaged in patient care, I suggest considering other options.

Doctors were perceived as knowledgeable and professional, explaining diagnoses and treatment plans adequately. Nurses were generally attentive and caring, responding to calls in a reasonable timeframe. The overall experience was generally satisfactory, meeting basic expectations for medical care. The hospital environment appeared clean and well-maintained.

I don't know what is wrong with the entire staff. My mother got admitted at late night, she had low Bp and constant high sugar, they literally took her minimal care till she took the discharge. After that we had an insurance which was the duty of Billing department to take care of but they filed a stupid report saying patient was dehydrated and week how on the earth they don't know any insurance company will not claim many on the basis of dehydration. My mother had serious respiratory tract infection she was admitted for 2 days they literally gave us discharge at 1 in the afternoon and we went home midnight at 2am. Our mother who was ill and it was the duty of the hospital to tale her care was left alone nobody came to check, her medicines were not given to her, we had to call 5-6 times as nobody came to give her drip. I mean if a patient is released it doesn't means they are not liable to take care. It is their sole responsibility to take care of any patient till they are in the hospital(btw we were there just because the billing department didn't knew how to file the insurance later we told them how to do it and our insurance got approved).

My wife observed sudden pain in her left chest and we were rushed to Synergy hospital, and they have helped my wife to get rid of this server pain by taking this case on priority and help me out with nesseccery steps which I was not aware of. All doctors, nursing and other staff are so friendly and approachable.

Admitted my mother in Synergy Hospital for sudden drop of potassium and sodium in body with very low BP and HB. She was treated in ICU. The place is clean, hygenic with a very positive vibe with excellent staff service. Good medical infrastructure equipped with modern facilities. Canteen facility with excellent food and juices so you don't need to run around for it. Room charges are little high but worth. Overall very much satisfied and will refer it to others too
