One of the worst and unprofessional medical team. Even after booking the appointment Prajakta Sore did not wait for the sonography. It was an appointment for senior Citizen even then no consideration. They called 3 times and on all 3 occasions we confirmed we are on our way. We entered the clinic at 0810 pm and the OPD time was untill 0830 pm. Highly irresponsible without considering the urgency she left without attending the patient. This is unacceptable and such unprofessional behaviour towards the Patient should be dealt with strong feedback.

We had our anomaly scan for my wife here with Radiologist Dr Prajakta sorte, she is very rude and arrogant and consider patients as time pass, we were not given accurate information in such big scan, very disappointed with the staff as well They charged 4d scan prices and gave only one coloured sonography I went there because of rating but this is scam, please don't fall for it

Horrible experience. My son had problem in throat, The ENT guy suggested surgery in Jupiter hospital. I thank my stars that I just withdrew while getting admission done at Jupiter hospital. The surgery was to be done at 8 am in the morning next day and the admission was not given till 6 pm and no tests were conducted. Worst, the price initially quoted was almost doubled. Had a Horrible experience with both vitalife and Jupiter.

I had to take vaccination for 7 days and got a very best service. The hospitality is good. Nurses were very comforting as I was in too much pain . Thank you

Visiting Vitalife during my pregnancy is one of the best decisions. We consulted Dr.Usha Marathe and our experience with her has been very good. She made us feel comfortable and at ease. She always listened to our concerns with utmost patience and answered all the queries. She was available on whatsapp as and when needed. Her care and due diligence during my pregnancy helped me deliver safely. Incase you are looking for a good and reliable gynecologist, look no further and consult her. We would also like to give credits to Dr. Roshni ( Radiologist), who patiently helped us with all the prenatal scans. The staff at vitalife is exceptional as well. Our experience with Sister Avantika and Sister Savita has been very good. Their support surely made us feel good during the visits. The clinic is well equipped with all necessary equipments. The people at reception and the labs are very considerate and welcoming. The lab reports were always delivered on time. Overall we had a good experience at vitalife Pimple saudagar branch.

My wife called to book a sonography appointment, but the receptionist was extremely rude. Despite agreeing to bring the Aadhaar card, she insisted on a xerox copy. In today's digital age, asking patients to run around for a photocopy is unreasonable. If you need a copy, have a printer at the clinic. We're choosing another clinic now--please train your staff to treat patients with basic courtesy.

I highly recommend this clinic! The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and the wait times are minimal. The staffs are knowledgeable and thorough, and I felt truly heard and cared for during my visit.
