Dr. Era's Bharti Hospital

My brother was recently admitted to ERA's Bharti Hospital in critical condition due to dengue, with his platelet count dangerously low at around 17,000. He was so weak that he couldn't even stand on his own. However, thanks to the exceptional care provided by the doctors, particularly Dr. Kalidas Bharti, his condition improved rapidly. Dr. Bharti is a truly kind and down-to-earth person who immediately started treatment and arranged plasma within an hour. The hospital staff are incredibly friendly and responsive--whenever I needed assistance, they were there within a minute. Additionally, the hospital is exceptionally clean, which added to our comfort during this difficult time. What impressed me most was the hospital's approach to finances. Unlike many other hospitals that demand an advance payment of 50-60k before starting treatment, ERA's Bharti Hospital did not ask for any money upfront. Even on the day of discharge, there were no financial pressures. If I could, I would give them more than 5 stars for their outstanding service, compassion, and cleanliness. Highly recommend!

Extremely clean and well designed hospital. It has around 25 beds including ICU. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Semi deluxe, Deluxe, Super deluxe and Suite are types of the available rooms. The suites are the best ones and its ambience itself makes patient feel good. Doctor Bharti is very knowledgeable and experienced. Listened to all the questions and gave answers. The facility is newly built and in great locality. OPD and hospital both facilities are available here. This hospital also has paediatrician.

recently had to admit my son for intussuception. Dr Bharti ma'am was very quick in diagnosing him and then quickly starting treatment. My son got better without any procedure of any kind. The hospital maintains excellent hygiene and nurses are very skilled. Very patient and skilled nurses and doctors. recommend highly!

Pathetic management .. they call from 11.30 in morning and doctor comes at 1 , you will wait n wait n wait. Just Dr.Bharti's treatment is good hence I came here twice but management needs to be improved and doctor also should understand that patients time is also important.

Really good hospital and very good service. Both Dr. Bharti sir and Dr. Arti Mam giving special attention to patients and taking extra care. Hospital is very neat and clean.
