Dr. Siddhakala General Hospital, (DR. MANISH VANAGE AND DR. SONALI VANAGE)

Very bad experience happened today at hospital. As my sister has confirmed her pregnancy, we went to the hospital to visit gynic (Mrs. Vanage Madam) 10 days before. She (doctor) checked her (my sister) and advised to come on 11th day. And today, we had taken appointment on early morning 6:30 AM and the receptionist has given our OPD number as 14 through a phone call. At 10:20 AM, again we made a phone call to hospital and we asked "has madam came to hospital for OPD?" And the receptionist said "yes, madam came" and then we went to hospital as fast as possible by keeping all our personal works & duites aside at 10:30 AM. Madam has not came to the hospital yet. She came at around 11:30 AM and started OPD at 12.10 pm. As we (our OPD number 14) came first, the receptionist started calling OPD numbers 1,2,3,4,... etc., in linewise as per her list. We asked the receptionist that "how do you call as per your list as we came here first and we have waited for 2 hours almost" and she conveyed the same message to the doctor and the doctor replied "proceed as per our OPD order list". On 14th number, After we enter to her cabin, she(the doctor) reacted with me in a rude way talking about "who are you, what will you do, why are you making nonsense outside? This is my hospital etc., etc., and keeps saying don't do such mistakes again, this is my hospital, this is my management, my system is like this only etc. She's not in a mood to listen to our problem, she continued scolding me for 15 mins and she's not letting me to explain my problem. If I started telling my problem that "keeping my very small children (2 babies 3 years and 1.5 years kids)at home, household works aside, leaving all my things as they are, we came as early as possible to the hospital for your checkup then she's responded "just listen don't talk, stop explaining etc. in an arrogant way ". My mind was left totally blank that (I think) this is not the way, the doctor should react/behave. She shouldn't have been this much rude to the public who came to meet her as she don't know the actual truth from our side and she's even not in a mood to listen too. Very arrogant behaviour by doctor as this is not the way how the doctor should respond. I wrote this is to bring awareness among people and to make helpful/need to the people who are going for gynic madam visit. Madam treatment is good but rude behaviour and bad reaction by doctor against people if any minor problem occurs. I'm personally very very disappointed with her (doctor) words.

My native is Pen and for my first delivery I chose Suddhakala hospital as it was the best option in pen which I heard from the experiences of many! I started check ups from 7th month with Dr Sonali Vanage. Since it was my first experience I was little worried about how the things will go while delivering a baby. I got admitted to the hospital in the morning 6.00. Dr explained very well how to proceed further. All the parameters were good and normal, so whole day Dr waited and tried best possible efforts to deliver a baby normally..and finally at 4.55 pm I delivered a baby normally..throughout the entire process Dr was very calm, patient, supportive. I would always recommend Dr Sonali for her excellent service in this field.

My patient was admitted in MICU on emergency basis and facilities provided by Dr. Manish sir and Dr. Chaitali inhouse RMO was wonderful. We highly recommend this hospital for ur patient. Hospital staff was also good....... 100/100 for treatment and services.....

The best hospital and best physician in pen treatment was good hospitality was good staff support was good hygiene was good no extra charges apply doctor practice is good results are awesome if any one wants to go there then desion is correct
