All hospital staff--including housekeeping, security, medical, and administrative teams--are extremely caring and professional. They are consistently giving their best from every department. The rooms are very clean, and the canteen food is tasty. The hospital also has a quick response team that handles emergency cases on a priority basis. In my case ICU evening saff is not that much good and AC is stoped at night, and in general ward at night AC is not working or switched off. But otherwise, everything is nice and good the cleanliness is very much better than other hospitals the canteen is also very nice. The service for patient of food or any other thing is also good they give every fruit and juices for patient. Over all experience is good but little bit problems are there which they should solve.

My father was admitted in this hospital for emergency health concern. The staff was Ready and acted quickly. The doctor and team promptly did treatment and doctor clearly explained his condition. Hospitals every staff member was professional, helpful, and offered emotional support when needed. Especially the one women in security staff was incredible supportive, seems like counselor and providing emotional reassurance.I am deeply grateful to the entire white lotus team for their exceptional care to my father. Dear White Lotus Hospital Team, I recently visited your facility to undergo an MRI scan, having come as part of a medical camp and on a reference. At the reception, I clearly mentioned this, yet I was charged the full general rate -- which, to my surprise, was not only outside the scope of the camp pricing but also higher than the average market rate. While I have no issue paying for necessary medical services, I do expect transparency and honesty in communication. If there were exclusions or specific conditions regarding camp pricing, they should have been clearly conveyed at the time of registration. What concerns me even more is that my attempts to reach out for clarification since the visit have been repeatedly ignored. This experience has left me deeply disappointed. I sincerely hope this matter is reviewed and addressed promptly and that steps are taken to ensure clarity and fairness in patient dealings going ......very,Very bad experience

I visited the hospital for preventative health check. Staff is good hospital is very big but to my utter disappointment the washrooms were extremely dirty and I am not saying this for one washroom. I tried 5-6 washrooms and they were extremely dirty. Informed staff they said they are aware but cant help. I asked them how do you all manage. They said we dont use the washrooms in the facility and the problem is existing since long. Such unhygienic situation at the private hospital is unfortunate and unacceptable.
