Dr. Riverside B&J Superspeciality Hospital

Hi, Sakshi this side. B&J Hospital has some of the best doctors and provides good medical treatment. The doctors are experienced and suggest the right medicines, which is why my family including my father, grandmother, and uncle have all been taking treatment from here. However, the management is extremely poor. For a routine check-up, if your appointment is scheduled at 3:00 PM, you can expect to wait at least 4 more hours. This is not a one-time experience it has happened every single time I've visited the hospital. We respect the quality of treatment provided, but that doesn't mean patients' time has no value. Repeated delays and poor time management cause a lot of inconvenience, especially for elderly patients. I genuinely hope the hospital looks into this issue and improves their appointment and management system.

I am grateful to the team of B&J Hospital (Kamothe) for the excellent care my father received during his bypass surgery. The staff was professional, compassionate, and kept us well-informed throughout the process. The surgery was a success, and my father is recovering well. I highly recommend this hospital for anyone needing heart surgery.

Since I recently moved to Mumbai, I experienced severe stomach pain for the past four days. I searched online for the best super-speciality hospitals and discovered Riverside B&J Superspeciality Hospital in Kamothe. Upon arriving at the hospital, I found that no one was present at the entrance, so I asked the security staff, who advised me to register my name and details myself. After completing the registration, I noticed several nurses roaming the corridors; however, when I called for assistance, none acknowledged my request. An unknown individual eventually approached me to inquire about my needs, and shortly thereafter, a doctor arrived. I explained my symptoms to him, and he recommended that I undergo a scan while prescribing some tablets. When I went for the scan, they informed that no doctor was available for scanning and you go for outside some scanning centers available for scanning. After obtaining the scan and its report, I returned to the hospital and searched for the doctor. Despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance from the nurses, who continued to ignore me, someone finally directed me to the consultation room. Upon presenting my reports, the doctor, not recognizing me from before, briefly reviewed the results and prescribed just two tablets. When I inquired about appropriate dietary measures, he hesitated to provide a clear response.
