Dr. MGM New Bombay Hospital Vashi

I had a very good experience at MGM New Bombay Hospital in Vashi. The hospital is well-maintained, clean, and organized. The medical staff, including doctors and nurses, are highly professional, caring, and attentive to patients' needs. I was impressed with how smoothly everything was managed -- from admission to treatment and discharge. The facilities are modern and equipped with the latest technology. The support staff is also polite and helpful, which makes a big difference during stressful times. Whether it's OPD services, diagnostics, or in-patient care, the hospital offers reliable healthcare with a human touch. Overall, it's one of the best hospitals in Navi Mumbai, and I would definitely recommend it for quality medical care.

My near one was admitted to MGM and we were at the 6th floor. Awesome care by sisters and brothers namely Sister Pooja and Manisha , Soumojit , Kaushik Dr. Harshal Lahoti , best Cardiologist in town who made the process so comfortable Also happened to meet Dr. Kadam courtesy Sharmila ma'am. Ma'am was too caring and kept enquiring about well being and guiding us throughout. Excellent admission and check in process. Navi Mumbai residents are blessed to have MGM by their side in hours of need. Keep the good work

Extremely disappointed with the nursing staff and overall hospital management. The focus seems to be entirely on making money rather than patient care and well-being. There is a noticeable lack of attention, empathy, and professionalism towards patients.

Got admitted for abdomen pain followed by infection in intestines. Dr Jayesh Thadani has investigated the matter and admitted me for deep investigation. Various tests for confirmation of the cause we're carried out. The nursing staff has taken good care and are soft spoken. Very efficient. Dietician has taken care of diet. Dr has taken frequent rounds and is very polite and soft spoken. The only improvement area is that there is no hot water kettle kept in Single AC room and no provision of tea/cofee. The housekeeper comes at 0600 hrs for change of bedding and patient dress. If a person gets up at 0600 hrs and is not given bed tea, how does it feel. Provision of kettle and readymade tea pouches must be provided in every single AC room. The pantry gives bed tea at 0730 hrs. This should also be changed. Overall the procedures are good and staff is also good. Thanks to the Dr , Nurses and all staff members.

Doctors are very good and helpful. But the staff are really a big disappointment. As a precaution I had taken my mother here for admission as she needed to take a dose consulted by one of their doctors. I had to wait for 3 hrs but yet no proper response. The paper working staff thinks this is a game and says to jump from one counter to another just for admission for a patient. My dad had to go from one corner to another just for a dose of injection.

Thanks from bottom of my heart to Dr. Sundeep Mestri Dr. Priya Eshpuniyani. Dr. Ashok Pandey. Dr. Archana Madam. Dr. Subhash Jadhav For treating me & made me stand on my feets within 1month. Critical Thoracotomy surgery for Multiple rib fixation done by Dr. Priya madam. Special thanks to madam. I was admitted to the SICU after a medical emergency and received top-notch care from the moment I arrived. The doctors and nurses were incredibly knowledge. Here are some additional details that I would like to add: The hospital staff was the most important aspect of my experience. They were all very professional and compassionate, and they made me feel like I was in good hands. The doctors were very knowledgeable and experienced, and they were able to quickly diagnose and treat my condition. The nurses wardboys were very attentive and caring. Thanks MGM Hospital.

Being part of mgm for 23years as a consultant when tables turned and my son had acute health crisis I am reviewing as a parent patient. From smooth admission process to timely intervention, conservative expertise by Dr Sundeep Mistri, Dr Athale, Dr Uday Jadhav, Dr . Nikhil Rane it was the best treatment provided. No words for top notch nursing very prompt, skilled and efficient. Mamas and Maushis too were quick to come and assist. Discharge process was flawless. My deep gratitude to director Dr Nitin Kadam who personally looked into everything but I can say that he has built not just a hospital with best infrastructure but a healing institute where patients are treated with humanity and compassion. I had a very bad experience at mgm I had consulted doc neeraj Shrivastava he is very well guided me for the treatment of physiotherapy and then for a 7days followup with him, they asking for a fee, today is my 6th follow up not even completed 7days. If younask after after 7days you will ask for fee i agree but within 7days NO. thisnis not done with everytime for followup they will ask for a fee. Then how gonna doc will knw the treatmnet is going good or pt is getting better...is it your thing to just advised the procedure and let the pt go or come with no concern to chek on pt.. who wish to contiue the treatment....
