The doctors and staff were exceptionally professional, caring, and attentive throughout my treatment. From admission to discharge, every staff member provided excellent care and support. The staff treated me like family, making a difficult time much easier. I highly recommend this hospital for its outstanding service and patient-focused environment.

I had a very good experience at the hospital. The staff was extremely supportive and professional. Special thanks to the receptionist yukta madam for being polite and helpful, the nursing staff for their care and attention 24x7, and the Doctor shripal sir and other Dr for the excellent treatment and guidance. Every service, right from admission to discharge, was handled smoothly. TPA Team Thank you to the entire team for making the process stress-free during a difficult time.

The management is all messed up here. My relative was admitted in the morning for one of the procedures on an empty stomach but until 9pm at night they didn't provide the patient with any food. When I asked them about it they said it will come in 5-10 mins and made us wait for 1 hour straight. Please don't go by the online reviews or rating, if you are admitting your relatives here please I request you to rethink on your decision. It really has a poor infrastructure and the most poor management.

I stay at Kamothe and I got heart attack at midnight when my wife rushed me to Medisecure. first she called them over phone which made them to prepare until i arrive there. They did all first aid and coordinated with medicover for emergency handling. Very great help by all Medisecure staff at night 3am which saved my life.

Worst experience.USG not done in a proper way.Date was reported as 2021 in report as well no USG film provided which indicates how reckless these people are. No body will listen to you there. So arrogant.Surgeon could not corelate with this report and repeat my usg in other hospital. Very bad service. Dont waste your money and health in this hospital ever.

Doctor are good but hospital staff and management us worst. Hospital is costly as compare to another in Kamothe and nearby areas

All sisters are very cooperative and doctors treatment is very good and all staff are very supportive
