Dr. Fortis Hiranandani Hospital, Vashi | Best Hospital in Navi Mumbai

Good hospital with helpful staff. Doctors give time to patients queries. The hospital needs some infrastructural maintenance. The hospital building from outside looks depleted, even government hospitals are better than it. A bit more of professionalism is required. Different departments with good doctors available. Ample parking in front of the hospital.

I visited Neurologist Dr.Pawan Ojha. He is an excellent neurologist and professional. He addressed my concern with great accuracy,including his treatment plan. I got very good recovery after the therapy provided in neurology department.I stay grateful and thankful to Dr Pawan Ojha Sir and his entire team. I also appreciate Neuroscience Lab staff namely Mrs Jyoti Wadkar , Miss Ashwini Kengale and Ms Jannani Ramesh, as they are skillful and know their job well, with special mention of senior staff,Mrs Jyoti Wadkar. The entire team is amazing and have provided very good empathetic and genuine care.

I recently had 2 surgical procedures done at Fortis Hiranandani Hospital. I spent a total of 5 days in the hospital after my surgery. The whole team at Fortis Hospital is absolutely amazing. From the doctors and nurses, to the nurse's aides who took care of me. I truly believe that my recovery time was shortened because of their care. I would like to single out Riddhi in the International Lounge. She was my main contact at the hospital during the whole process. She took me around to get all of my testing done, communicated with the doctors and made paying for all of my procedures extremely easy. She talked to me everyday while I was admitted to the hospital, even when she was away from work. Once she returned, she came to visit me during my stay at the hospital. She also made my discharge very quick and easy. She is absolutely amazing! I can tell that everybody at Fortis Hiranandani truly care about their patients.

My experience was excellent with this Multi specialty Hospital. Doctors, Nurses and staff are superb and gives you family like home comfort. Good Service for health check and also hygienic canteen food.The surgical procedure was also very smooth. The doctors are kind and helpful, listen to the patients as well. Overall, I will recommend it to anyone who is thinking of getting admitted here.

I had a very good experience at Fortis Hospital. The medical staff is highly professional, caring, and attentive to patient needs. From admission to discharge, everything was managed smoothly. The doctors explained the treatment procedures clearly and were approachable for any concerns. Nursing staff was polite, quick to respond, and very supportive throughout the stay.

We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Hina Sheikh for her exceptional care and support throughout my wife's pregnancy and during the delivery of our child. She is not only a highly skilled and experienced gynaecologist, but also a truly compassionate and soft spoken person who makes her patients feel completely at ease. Dr. Hina always took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, answering all our questions with kindness and professionalism. Her calm and reassuring presence gave us great confidence, especially during the most critical moments of delivery. For us, she was nothing short of a blessing like an angel sent by God. During our visits and our stay in the hospital, her dedication and personal attention made all the difference. We can't thank her enough and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for the best care during pregnancy and childbirth.

I do not recommend this hospital to anyone. My sister was admitted for emergency case regarding Heart and without any treatment they charge 45k for 4-5 hours. They don't care about your life they only care about money. If your insurance provider is good then go otherwise you will end up not getting treatment until payment received by this hospital. 1 star is for doctors as they are decent. I recommend don't go if you are unsure about insurance claim and for emergency situations. You might regret it. Rest choice is yours.

Dr. Roji Philip is an exceptional doctor. He performed my father-in-law's surgery with great expertise and care. Throughout the treatment, he was always warm, compassionate, and greeted us with a reassuring smile. The staff and nurses at Fortis were equally commendable. Their cooperative attitude and dedication stood out, as they provided care and service with genuine kindness and a smile. We are truly grateful for the excellent care and support received.
